FREE OKC TATTOO ARTIST JESSE TIGER *SERVING A 3YR PRISON SENTENCE*PROBATION VIOLATED OVER MISDEME...My husband Jesse Tiger is currently serving a 3 year prison sentence for violation of probation for a misdemeanor charge of domestic abuse 31 days before being released off his 8 year probation sentence. Jesse was addicted to k2 (synthetic marijuana which is more like heroin or pcp) for 3 years. I slowly watched as my husband destroyed his health, not to mention became a monster when he wasn't high. I knew this wasn't the man I married. I felt like I was screaming out for help but no one was listening because no one really knew about k2, so no one took it serious. Instead of sending my husband to rehab to help him with his addiction they sent him to prison. I begged the district attorney to send him somewhere he could get help but they wouldn't even consider it. Jesse was taken into custody on my birthday June 3, 2015 & Jesse is the sole provider in our family so when he was incarcerated within a couple weeks my electricity was cut off, I was legally evicted, & was homeless for 3 months. Jesse is a well known tattoo artist on the south side of Oklahoma City. He is currently first runner up in the top four finalist for OkC's Top Tattoo Artist of the year award that will be held November 6, 2015 at the Oklahoma Ice Event Center. My husband does not deserve the punishment he received & now they won't even let him transfer to a half way house in Oklahoma County because of the domestic charge. Shame on you Oklahoma for sending my husband to prison when all he needed was help!!!!! HELP ME GET MY HUSBAND HOMEBY SIGNING THIS PETITION SO WE CAN HAVE OUR LIVES BACK TO NORMAL & WE CAN GET BACK TO WORK.68 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Veronica Tiger

Fire and Charge Officer Ben FieldsOn Monday, October 26, 2015, a Spring Valley High School student was body slammed and dragged approximately 4 or 5 feet by Officer Ben Fields, Spring Valley High School resource Officer. Sheriff Leon Scott who employed Officer Ben Fields upheld Fields behavior and said he "was acting in response to the student, who was refusing to leave class." Leon also said "The student was told she was under arrest for disturbing school and given instructions which she again refused. "The video then shows the student resisting and being arrested by the SRO." If you notice at the start of the video, Officer Ben Fields said, "Either you come with me or I will make you." he never told the student that she was under arrest so how do you physically make someone be placed in handcuffs or say that they are resisting arrest when they was not initially told they were being placed under arrest? and if she was placed under arrest her Miranda rights were not read to her. The first two videos show Fields approaching the girl who was sitting at a desk in a classroom. Fields grabs the girl's arm while putting his own arm around the student's neck. However, a third video from Instagram shows Fields body slamming the student while in her desk, but the student then hits the officer while he brings the desk to the ground. Then Fields began to drag the student to the front of the classroom where we then could hear him say, "You are under arrest". The person who posted the Instagram video says the student was initially asked to leave the class for telling the teacher that she would not put away her phone. The poster says the teacher disciplined the student with a write-up for being disrespectful and disobedient. After being asked to leave again, and refusing, an administrator came to remove her, and she refused. That is when the SRO was called in. The poster of this video claims when Fields got to the classroom, he asked her to get up from her desk 4 or 5 times and again, she told him no. After moving objects from around the student, and asking again to leave the classroom, and her refusing, that is where you see the officer getting physical. As you read, Mayor Steve Benjamin said no student in the class stated that Officer, Ben Fields told her she was 'under arrest' before he began to physically assault her as if he was a female fighting another female on the streets. We demand that you FIRE Officer Ben Fields, and that criminal charges are brought against him immediately.37 of 100 SignaturesCreated by We Want Justice

Charge Deputy Ben Fields with Assault!Deputy Ben Fields of the Richland, SC police department is seen on video body slamming a teenage girl for refusing to leave class. This happened in school and in front of other students and the teacher. Turns out, Deputy Fields has a reputation for brutality towards students in Spring Valley High. Criminalizing the behavior of Black students in school does not help them or the school. This is not just about a bad apple, but a bad way of thinking about an entire segment of this society. We must stop the school-to-prison pipeline by ending the use of police to solve normal childhood behavioral issues.119,149 of 200,000 SignaturesCreated by Alix Shabazz

DEATH OF UNARMED MAN IN POLICE CUSTODY IN MAY, 2014 NOT MADE PUBLIC BY POLICEJames Greer, an unarmed, brown, 46-year-old grandfather, was pulled over by Hayward, California police and administered a field sobriety test in May, 2014. Because of a medical condition, his 380-pound weight, and his apparent drug intoxication, Greer could not comply with the officers’ orders to place his hands behind his back and to lie on the ground. A struggle ensued, Greer was tased three times, and he was put in a straightjacket-like full-body restraint. Then he died. Even though Hayward PD sends out many news advisories for subjects ranging from missing persons to homicides, they never disclosed this death publicly, nor was it independently investigated by the District Attorney’s office. The Sheriff/Coroner ruled Greer’s death an accident, with the cause listed as “PCP intoxication associated with physical exertion,” even though there is ample evidence that chest or neck compression during constraint, especially during an encounter with police, often leads to a condition known as Excited Delirium Syndrome, which leads to a few hundred deaths each year in North America. An expert in the field stated, “People literally exhaust themselves to death.” A spokesperson for the Alameda County District Attorney’s office said they review officer-involved deaths only when they are from gunshots, per an agreement they have with county police chiefs, and would only review a restraint-related death if requested by law enforcement. We call for a full, public airing of these policies by the agencies named, including policy revisions as necessary to provide safety and justice for all people, as well as satisfying the public’s right to know how their law enforcement agencies are handling dangerous interactions with the public, and to know the results of police-involved-death investigations. In the post-Ferguson world we now live in, pre-Ferguson policies are not sufficient, and best practices call for forums in which public input is sought with regard to the policies.3,001 of 4,000 SignaturesCreated by Frank Burton

St. Louis Church Arsons: Hate Crimes? My petition is about the need to take the church arsons outside of Ferguson, MO seriously and investigate them as hate crimes. Although I don't live in Missouri, as a humanist and a Jew, I feel that we are all responsible for making the world a better place and that hate crimes always need to be investigated with rigor.292 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Alice C Selfridge

Fire Palm Beach Gardens Officer Nouman K. RajaOn October 18th, 2015 at approximately 3:00 a.m. Corey Jones was sitting in his vehicle on an exit ramp off of I-95 awaiting road side assistance because his car broke down as he was leaving a gig as a musician. Officer Nouman K. Raja who was in plain clothes in an unmarked van approached Corey's car with his lights turned off and driving near the drivers front side. Officer Raja exited the vehicle and approached Corey in a very unprofessional way and created a hostile situation and ultimately shot at Corey 6 times striking him 3 times and killing him. Corey was legally armed with a firearm and never fired a shot as he ran for his life to no avail. Corey was a peaceful young man who lost his life simply because his car broke down. Officer Raja needs to be fired from Palm Beach Gardens Police Department and Palm Beach State College as a police instructor. Fire Officer Nouman K. Wrongfully ConvictedMy son name is Darmen Taylor He is now 20 years old he was charged when he was 16. Then he was bonded over at 17 the judge stated he could not be rehabilitated in the juvenile system. Because he had counseling when he was ten. During the same time one of the alleged victims wrote a letter to the judge starting that her mom put her up to this. She was took to the detective by her aunt and wrote another statement. The judge asked her did she right it she stated no and they bonded him over. Then we are getting ready for trial. These charges came about when my friend for 15 years was sleeping with my son. In turn she called the police and said he raped her two daughters. Now in the mean time I found out that 3 other adults we're sleeping with my son before all these charges came up. I called rape crisis they told me that I would have to call the police or they would. I did. But nothing was done. The prosecutor on the case stated that my son manipulated the mother to get to her children. He has been around this family since he was 3 or 4 years old. Then the lawyer leaves me out of the court room because I have to testify and the aunt of the alleged victims. But he put no one on the stand. Then they found my son guilty of 2 of the three charges of rape. He did not have a far trial. Then the lawyer says the judge is going to send my son to jail for 45 years to life and say he need to take a plea or I will never see my son again. He told my son that he would not do anything but 10 years and will be out in 5 and it wasn't a mandatory sentence. But it was all a lie he was sentence to 20 years mandatory. Its so much to this story please help my son please!29 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Dawatha Davis

President Obama, you have my support to stop illegal gun salesI'm conservative, a gun owner, and I voted against President Obama twice. But as a responsible American, I have come to accept the reality that gun violence has reached a point of crisis in our country, and that we all need to set aside political differences to unite on this important issue. Since the mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon two weeks ago, there have been seven more school shootings—a total of 152 school shootings since the Sandy Hook massacre. Each year, countless numbers of guns are sold by unlicensed, high-volume sellers through internet websites and at gun shows. Nearly a quarter of a million gun sales originate from one single website. Unlicensed sellers at gun shows often openly advertise guns for sale with prominent signage saying, “No Paperwork Necessary.” All entities “engaged in the business of selling firearms” should be held to the same standard of requiring background checks. President Obama should close this loophole through executive action by clearly defining in the law the difference between an “occasional seller” and one that is “engaged in the business of selling firearms.” But given the power of the well-funded gun lobby, it's only going to happen if we set aside political differences and unite on this ever so important issue for the safety and security of our nation. Please join me in encouraging President Obama to utilize his executive authority to move on this issue quickly and decisively. We need action NOW!40,339 of 45,000 SignaturesCreated by Mark Carman
