In the 55 years of her life I cannot remember any time that she lost her temper.She did not cold blooded shoot Howard "Sonny" Kimbrough. Sonny was not the perfect person some people want you to believe. Her mother passed away earlier that year in her home and she was not allowed to mourn for her. Their financial situation was in a shambles due to both her, Sonny and their children. It was going to get worse and she was at a dead end, knowing how violent Sonny was. His second wife (Tina Woods) mother, when she left him Sonny went to her home and fired shots into it with no regard to whomever was inside. He put his Mother & father-in-law out of their home and left the elderly couple in a financial strain all because he had been telling a lie the whole time about his own living situation. Sonny had already threatened her life. She was hardly ever allowed to go anywhere without him there. She was already living in a prison environment. Unless you have been in a violent relationship you cannot judge what another person felt was their only option. I am sorry for the loss to his family but Debbie lost a whole lot more. She deserves a chance to get on with her life now. Thank you All and God Bless You. She never stood a chance on a fair trial in Colbert County, even after the Judge set her bond and Deborah had two people to put up the assets for her release on bond. The Sheriff Ronnie Mays denied them the chance to even apply, so he violated her rights.

Bill Moyers and Company has been a breath of fresh air since it started in 2011 at a time when the world needed responsible sense-making. While Moyers provided the voice, it was the work of his "Company," the staff that provided the knowledge and information, that made the show. The Company does not have to end. PBS should hear from its audience that the show must go on with a new on-screen personality whose experience and demeanor match that of Bill Moyers.

I am the Co-Founder and President of the Association of American Indian Farmers. I have been contacted by prevailing claimants, denied claimants and potential claimants to provide advocacy and outreach to Native American Farmers because they have been done a great disservice by the US Department of Agriculture and Keepeagle Class Counsel. Too many (thousands) of Native American Farmers have been left behind and left out of the Keepseagle Settlement process. It took an Act of Congress for Black Farmers who were denied an opportunity to participate in the Black Farmers case hence there was a Black Farmers Late Filers (2nd round) claims process which compensated over 17,000 additional Black Farmers . Unlike the Black Farmers case, Keepseagle has $380 million leftover so funds remain available and there should be a Keepseagle II not requiring an Act of Congress or additional funding. Native American Farmers are still losing land/farms and struggling to be competitive. Please help us tell Keepeagle Class Counsel Joe Sellers and U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Also, minors can not vote, and voting age adults should be treated as exactly that: Voting age adults. Not only do voting and military service require if anything more maturity than alcohol, casino gambling, and marijuana, but also, so do all contracts one may sign without parental co-signatures, and likewise applying for rifle permits and completing criminal background checks for volunteer organizations and employment.

Residential Permit Parking can not solve Hampden's parking issues. Residential parking forces residents to pay for area parking permits without guaranteeing any actual parking for those permit holders. It simultaneously takes the right to park on publicly owned and maintained streets away from other neighbors, creating discrimination and division within the neighborhood.

I am starting this petition because I feel that, we the company, DWD Metal Recycle has addressed several issues some community members have voiced, and has been working with the board and community to make this business because a reality and would like to show the nay sayers that there is a true community desire for a business like this to be more local.

Life Line telemarketers are driving me crazy and I am paying AT&T to do it. I tried to talk to them and tell them I am not interested, but usually they hang up and call the next day, and the next day, and the next day. A few times I was cussed at, called a dumb ass, and was told I had shit for brains. AT&T says I should change my number. Why should I? Can't this harassment that I consider elder abuse be stopped?
