Gerardo has no criminal record, poses no threat to national security, and has 4 citizen children (one of whom is epileptic). Since beginning operations in 2013, the NY 'Safety' Track has conducted illegal racing activities at its road safety training facility in rural/residential Harpersfield, NY, regularly running twenty five 1200cc motorcycles at a time at speeds up to 140 miles an hour. The noise levels are destroying the quality of life for residents up to 5 miles away, denying local residents the right to peaceful enjoyment of their properties. My neighbors and I were forced to go to great expense to file a lawsuit against the town and the track, which we won unequivocally. Supreme Court Justice Brian Burns ruled that the activity at the track was illegal and that the town of Harpersfield was obligated to enforce the law. The town has publicly and unabashedly refused to do so - thus far, with impunity. Please help us pressure Harpersfield Supervisor Jim Eisel and his town officials to abide by the law.
