Any organization that claims tax exempt status as a social welfare organization must donate at least 50% of its annual donations to provide food, shelter or health care to individuals or families living at 130% of the poverty level.

The elected congressman and the the members of of the House of Represetation should only be able to run for office the maximum of three times. I want the public to demand a return to sanity in our gun control laws. Most Americans are in favor of a ban on assault weapons since they cannot legitimately be used for any normal hunting purpose. Major news channels are increasingly filled with talking heads, pundits, and representatives from opposing sides. They each offer opinions, out of context "facts", deflect pertinent questions, and basically just defend their stance and attack the other side. I'm so tired of watching politicians and pundits give non-answers and misleading information that I feel I'm not getting any real news from a 24 hour news channel. The news should be based on facts given in correct context. They should rely on neutral, bi-partisan sources that provide all the facts and figures surrounding an issue necessary to provide a complete picture and inform the public. I shouldn't have to search a fact-checking site every time I watch the news, that's their job.
