I remember when adults and children in Birmingham, Alabama had to face dogs and hoses to get the right to vote. Who wants to revisit that madness!!!!! Every elected official in American should support this bill to reinstate and improve voting conditions for all Americans to vote!!!!

Over the past four decades legislators locally and nationally have voted too often to burden middle class and under-privileged Americans with the responsibility of supporting bloated government. Creating a playing field that will guard against favoritism is the hallmark of democracy.
