• Teenager Driving Act of 2013
To teenage driving requirements here in Texas. Change the laws in our state to, to require more driving with adult supervision for a longer period of time, less driving with teenagers in the car. Zero driving with another teenage in the car until certain requirements have been met. More restrictions on night driving to prevent drinking and driving among our teenagers. I have a complete outline on making it more safe for our teenagers to acquire the needed experience to drive on our local streets and interstate system, before a deadly accident occurs. This will reduce the number of devastating deaths among this group of young people. At the present they do not have the necessary skills to operate a killing machine. Join me in this cause to save the grief of the family and the lives of our precious children before it is too late.

  • Gov, Brashear: The People must do Redistricting Not Politions
All people in the state have a right to vote. Right now politics has a strangle hold on the Kentuckians ability to elect the people they want to represent them. Kentuckians need a Redistricting Panel of CITIZENS to establish the redistricting lines. No pol is going to think of the citizens when this is done! We need what Californians have done & put this responsibility where it belongs in the peoples hands.

  • Fair Privatization of State Stores
Governor Corbett wants to auction liquor licenses off to the highest bidders. Do we really want to put more money in the pockets of casino owners and big box stores? If privatization takes place, it should be a fair process, in which anyone can start a small business selling wine and spirits, not just big business. Sign this petition to help small business and keep profits out of the hands of the "Already too Rich".

  • The Cameron Village Vicinity's Future
Raleigh's adopted plan for sustainable growth calls for less sprawl and more compact, walkable growth in redevelopment areas. But this plan can only work if neighboring residents are protected from the density impacts of increased car congestion and the bulk of larger construction. Mitigating these impacts in an area where road widening is constrained by stable neighborhoods will require a predictable plan for (1) contextual infill, (2) upgraded infrastructure and (3) improved mobility options that make it easier accomplish daily activities without driving. Given the high market demand in the Cameron Village Shopping Center area for more compact, walkable development in accordance with Raleigh's sustainable growth goals, the residents, land owners and business owners in the Cameron Village area call on the Raleigh City Council to initiate a detailed plan for sustainable redevelopment and mobility, updating and extending the vision and Action Items of the Wade-Oberlin Small Area Plan. This Cameron Village Vicinity Plan will: 1. include design concepts for street changes that improve network efficiency and emphasize more mobility options for pedestrian, bicycle and transit access within and beyond the vicinity, 2. apply contextual design elements of the Comprehensive Plan and UDO (both adopted since the Wade-Oberlin Plan) to provide a more predictable blueprint for sustainable redevelopment in the area, and 3. specify near-term and long-term improvements and costs for infrastructure, streetscapes and enhanced transit operations.

  • Drone Pilot Medal
There is a medal that is in the works to be awarded to drone pilots. Although I honor their service, this medal would be ranked ninth and above the Purple Heart. This is wrong and a slap in the face to all combat veterans.

My Petition is about a national and state gun laws where all gun owners must buy and have on hand an insurance policy where in order to buy and have a gun, you must have insurance to have this gun, or you will have the gun taken away from you. This law would be good because we are sick and tired of these gun crimes where college students, women, children, single people, families, and anyone who gets shot would be able able to sue the gun owners who shot them for gun crimes that they did.

My petition is about repealing Medicare Part D, so that we can have the VA administer Drug Costs in the United States and not the Drug Companies. If we had a medicare part E, Medicare would be able to cover all residents of the United States, including the people working part-time, full-time, self-employed, disabled, retired, and the business, owners. Repealing Medicare Part D would also save the United States money for medicare to start a medicare part E and save all the states money.
