We oppose The City of Elkhart Sewer Compact Agreeemnt that uses Assessed Property Value in determining the fee businesses outside the city limits must pay for sewer service the City of Elkhart provides. Businesses outside the city limits should NOT be required to pay a fee that is more than three (3) times the actual sewer fee the business would pay if they resided inside the city limits.

health care insurance companys ,have been ripping us all off for years . my policy i peronally have is junk and insurance is supposed to support and aid when the benefit is needed , when you purchase a product it should deliver a product that would be service. none of the policies i have seen on line provide that.. make insurance companys provide adaquate coverage for the money you suppy them

After attending the Hillsborough County School Board Student Forum, in which high-school students' opinions were heard, it came to our attention that Florida's lack of funding for education comes from our very own state legislator's inability to place education at the forefront of our state's issues. Currently each student in Florida receives $3,000 less than the national average per capita. We wish to change this situation that puts Florida's students at a disadvantage.

It's too hard on the children. It is not necessary for farmers anymore. Lets join other states who have eliminated day light savings time.

Whereas; the siting of the CPV Gas Fired Power Plant is inconsistent with the character of a residential and agricultural community. Whereas; this facility will emit several hundreds of tons of neurotoxins and carcinogens along with over a million tons of green house gases each year, causing adverse impacts upon our children and other vulnerable populations. Whereas; this facility will risk contamination to our ground water from the near million gallon fuel storage tank. Whereas; this facility will impact the air and water quality throughout orange county we demand legislative hearings on this facility. We the undersigned demand that the Town of Wawayanda Zoning Board of Appeals reject the variance application by CPV for the smoke stacks and setback. We further demand that the planning board reject this project completely. We also demand a full legislative hearing on this project.

Taxes are becoming unbearable in Vermont for average workers and particularly retirees.

My son's school has a policy against any and all forms of racism and dicrimination but promotes the use of the racial slur "redskin" while forbidding the use of any other degrading word toward all other minorities or groups. Because the school authorities won't enforce the policy in this case my ancestry is not being treated with respect , therefore I and my son are not equal to everyone else.
