    Make gun ownership the same as getting a drivers license. The police will test you on gun safety ,and a psychologist will test for emotional stability. It won't prevent all crime, but it will make everyone aware of their resonsibility to their fellow man. Make this retroactive to current gun owners as well. If you have a gun, you must have a license to possess it.

    We need to stop future tragedies like the one that happened in Newton, Connecticut. We, the people have had enough of senseless violence involving guns!
