When candidates accuse each other of lying, I am left confused. How can I possibly feel confident in choosing a candidate in the midst of such a climate? Lying to constituents should be considered election fraud. Candidates and their backers should make statements based only on facts and be able to support their claims. There is too much at stake to allow them to be able to create the impression they want by misinforming voters.

Bank of America has permitted unauthorized use of a personal line of credit by the holder's ex-wife during a divorce. After years of trying to resolve this, while making payments to protect their own credit score, the account holder has been denied any reasonible remedy. Bank of America will foreclose after as little as one late payment, so should they not be held accountable for their own mistakes?

Since we are supposed to be a democracy, why can't we vote to have casinos to benefit our country, state, social security, medicare, national debt, etc. It would solve a lot of problems.

Democracy means a Government of the People by the People and for the People. With over 75% of all Americans polled in favor of Legalization of Marijuana for the sick and dieing, 75% is far more than a simple majority so who's interests are being served everytime the Obama Administration orders more arrests? Not our interests. Soon, more than 50% of all the States in America will have voted and passed similar laws yet no discussion is being held to talk about a National Ballot Initiative. The idea of a National vote on this issue terrifies those who most benifit by keeping Marijuana use illegal. This Governments position indicates that our Deomcratic System is in danger. They serve the interests of the Banks that launder the drug money prohibition generates, the special interests and huge budgets currently being wasted for America's Criminal Juustice Corperation starting at the CIA, FBI, DEA, DOJ, The Pentagon's special intervention unit all the way down the money trail to a Prison Industry that is far more oppressive than even those found in Middle Eastern Countries. Our tax dollars are currently building a Militarized Police State where the Peace officers do everything but offer a peaceful interdiction. This criminal justice system has become addicted to the trillions of dollars being pumped into it yearly. If you love America then please sign this petition, have everyone you know sign it as well. We are running out of time. America is quickly becoming a waste land. Demand that they do what we hired them to do or let's fire them. What Democracy isn't is a Government that feels it knows whats best for it's people, despite overwhelming opinion. I beleave that people while driving should be on cell phone; talking or TEXTING! Some states it is not allowed but it should be nation wide. School is back in setion and they will be on their bikes or walking. Too many people distacted on the cell.

Put an end to the wasteful and obscene amounts of money spent on our Presidential and Congressional elections. Support and demand a CONSTITUTIONAL AMMENDMENT to mandate publicly funded federal campaigns of our elected representatives. The campaigns would last a maximum of 6-months immediately prior to the national election date. Primaries would occur over the first 3-months and the final or main campaigns would take place the last 3-months. The campaigns would include two mandated debates during the primaries and two debates during the final campaigns. No other monies from other sources, could be used by any of the candidates for their campaigns. Level the playing field, limit the influence of big dollar peddlers, debate the issues, and shorten the time of ad nauseum campaigning. WE HAVE ALL BEEN AFFECTED BY THE CURRENT ABHORRENT POLITICAL CIRCUS!
