Bill Montgomery AZ state attorney is causing problems for the state's VOTING IN the medical marijuana program. I am petitioning to recall his pettiness and allow the state to let their vote be followed thru as the people legally voted in !!

"The People With No Names" I don't know how many people know about the "sanatoriums" , for those of you that have no clue about what I am talking about..... one or more of your family members could possibly be a part of this. Have you a blank leaf on your "family tree" ? Well pick a number, because your guess is as good as mine. From the 1800's your family member could have been sent to a "sanatorium" , these places were not only for the mentally ill but also took on other functions. If you were crippled, suspected to have Tuburciolosis, or if you were just poor, no place to live, an immigrant from another country, hence the term "Poor House", all ended up becoming Guinea Pigs. Anyway our ancestors have not only een wronged in so many ways, but are still lost souls. Some of the places put only numbers on the graves, most are unmarked. How can we truly know to whom and where we belong in this thing we call life?!

Parent Plus Loans cannot be forgiven or even have the interest lowered unless the parent dies or goes on permanent disability. Peoples circumstances change especially in this economy and I think there should be more affordable options for these loans. I am on Social Security Disability and have been for 12 years but not permanent and only make $1,250 a month and yet have a $400.00 payment and NO ONE will budge.

I'm going to tell you something you might not believe, the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh belongs to the whole world, including you. Founded in 1976, the Grameen Bank is run by poor rural women in Bangladesh, it has won the Nobel Peace Prize, and it has returns in line with multinational banks the world over. It's more than a money making institution however, it sends children to school, provides a secure pension and savings for families on the brink and gives micro-loans to millions of women to start their own businesses which support and nurture their families. And now the Bangladesh government wants to end all of that. Bangladesh seems like it might be a world away, but it's not. We're in the midst of a worldwide recession caused by wealthy bankers and corporations who put their own profits ahead of the well being of average citizens like you, and me. As the banks fail, they turn to us, taxpayers, mothers, fathers and small business folks, to bail them out. Clearly there must be better options for our savings and our economies. And the Grameen Bank is a successful alternative. But now, after almost 40 years of international renown, the government of Bangladesh has a scheme to take the control from these impoverished women and give it to wealthy businessmen. Why? For two reasons: The government run banks are already considered to be bastions of corruption and greed, unconcerned with the fate of the people who entrust officials with their life savings. And because Grameen, is currently not under their control or oversight. I'm tired of the smallest percent controlling all of our savings in this world. I'm tired of how little they care about depleting our pension funds, foreclosing on our houses, high interest education loans, and all of the other ways they screw the little people. Let Grameen stay in the hands of its stockholders and its customers. Let us all have an example of a bank that represents the interests of the common man and woman. Please call on our President to put pressure on Bangladesh to leave Grameen in the hands of the people, it's their money after all.

For 135 years the Lakota tribe has been fighting the theft of the Black Hills by the U.S. government. The courts have sided with the Lakota and recognize that this is illegal and in violation of treatise entered into with the Lakota. But instead of returning the land the courts offered a cash settlement. The Lakota reply, "The Black Hills are not for sale."

My petition is supporting President Barack Obama in his re-election for President of the United States because his election brought about som much needed "Diversity." I know it may sound weird but I believe President Obama is destined to solve America's economic woes and financial crisis. So before you vote, give this serious consideration.

I believe that this country is being ruined by political ads that outright lie, and I believe that running an ad that is false should be made the equivalent of perjury.

Styrofoam trays are a very big problem in my middle school, and even with my large attempt to change these trays to recyclable trays, nothing has changed. The previous petition, where I only went to other schoolchildren to sign, did not persuade our superintendents. As global warming and temperatures rise, I hope to change the world for the best, and fear what affect the styrofoam trays have.

Currently each state can decide how to construct its ballot for the presidency and vp elections. Since these elections are for national office we should have a uniform ballot for president and vice president. This will do much to stop the chicanery and corruption within states over what the ballot looks like, how it can be audited and who can vote.
