With the expenses always going up and income staying the same more has closed then opened in our county and fewer and fewer services are now avialable in our county so traveling out of county to get what is needed has added to yet more expense. Mean while more and more For Sale signs and just left to collect ugliness goes on. So how and when will our elected at all levels finally see this plight and start doing something to stop it now?

Israelis given over 3 billion dollars a year plus bombs, bombers and and other weapons that are used to harass and kill the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank. The apartheid attitude of Israel is straining the peace process the Palestine wants. They deserve equality and have been denied it. A democracy does not work that way.

In my lifetime I have experienced Richard Nixon lying about the Watergate break in, Ronald Reagan covering-up illegal sales of guns to Iran, George Bush making up evidence about weapons of mass destruction so he could invade Iraq- a lie that has cost thousands of lives and over 3 trillion dollars in federal spending. Now, Mitt Romney wants voters to just take his word there is nothing in his tax returns offensive or illegal. This violates the long tradition in this country that voters should have a chance to decide important issues for themsevles before they have to vote. We're calling on Governor Romney to release the last 10 years of his tax returns before the 2012 election so voters can make their own decision about this issue.

Food stamps and the homeless. Homeless people have a problem getting food stamps because they have no kitchen. Why can't fast food be made available to them on a card like the EBT card? I watched a homeless couple get arrested at Safeway for stealing food. The wife was crying about her 3 children waiting at their campsite. Something like that should never happen in California. Or anywhere.

The details of this law will be debated and made law by Congress. The goal will be to use public media such as print, TV, radio and internet to provide equal time to public candidates for campaign purposes. Travel exposure will also be equal. There will be three national debates. Voting machines will be certified tamper proof. And citicens will be guaranteed a vote through easy access and assistance.

Congress should focus on one issue per bill and all "riders" should be cogent to that bill. For instance, there should be no "riders" concerning medicare in a defense spending bill.

Charles H. Grodnik, Judge is in violation of his oath of office by being engaged in the practice of law strictly prohibited by state constitution, ARTICLE 7. Judicial Section 11. Tenure of justices of Supreme Court and judges of the Court of Appeals "No such justice or judge shall, during his term of office, engage in the practice of law, run for elective office other than a judicial office, directly or indirectly make any contribution to, or hold any office in, a political party or organization or take part in any political campaign." If this Judge hasn't already drug you into court he probably will one day as he is a privet attorney for a collection agency. you don't even have to owe any money to him or the company he represents and they will say you do. As in the case of FIRSTSOURCE V. Hays. Instead of protecting the rights of the people this Jude as an attorney is violating the rights of his constituents in order to turn a profit for him self. Due to these violations of the law, his oath and the rights of the people this man needs to be removed from his elected office. This judge is also violating his own code of conduct i.e. "RULE 3.10: Practice of Law A judge shall not practice law. A judge may act pro se and may, without compensation, give legal advice to and draft or review documents for a member of the judge's family,* but is prohibited from serving as the family member's lawyer before a tribunal. This Rule does not prohibit the practice of law pursuant to military service."
