Take the BIG MONEY out of politicsI believe every American citizen has been affected by the abundant mega millions in running for President. It is embarrassing to think that some folks can spend $166 million campaigning for President at the time when there are not enough EBT cards to go around to feed the American people. Greed has become overtly and unabashedly out of control and to the detriment of the unemployed workers. They are the folks that need the help at this time. The $166 million dollars that was raised for Romney's campaign recently is comparable to "flying the fickled finger of fate" and waving it before a public stating "ah ha folks look what I just pulled off. It is even worse, when most people are having a hard time putting a full tank of gasoline into their cars, Romney is asking everyone to go to Colorado to vacation. How? With what? Is he chipping in the $166 million dollars (approximately) he raised for his personal Presidential campaign or returning jobs to the States in a heartbeat to make that happen for everybody? Where does he get off with such demeaning, obnoxious and just mean comments when he knows the state of our economy, the situation we are ALL in.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by JoAnn Berryman Sincoff

Full Investigation of Groton Housing Authority AbusesMy letter of Complaint, Addendum & Summary to the Unitarian Universalist Association re: First Parish Church of Groton and Groton Housing Authority Collusion details 5 + years of retaliation for not mediating my divorce. Apparently, there's alot of money involved, which, if I get control of my assets, will be invested in Solar- & Wind-Powered Mass Transit & other socially responsible investments. Add to that STATE RELIGION which can take control of your personal assets because you have similar values based on church membership, reinforced by the local HOUSING AUTHORITY that allows church officials to search your home, and the Dept of Children & Families which can take your teenager out of your custody in retaliation for "committing the truth" by writing letters which expose the misdeeds of the movers-and-shakers.7 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Cheryl Ann Hill

FIX Social Security!!!Since Greenspan realigned Social Security in 1983, some major changes have been made by corporations to reduce their tax burden... and it includes creating income disparity as high as before the Great Depression. Greenspan set the contribution max level to hit 90% of income to employees with an increasing cap that is now $110K. But corporations began limiting salary increases to line employees and giving the boosts to those making MORE than the cap... so they no longer had to match the tax outlay but were not cutting total payroll, so it did not appear to be a down sized work force... but in fact, their pay was downsized to the point that they didn't keep up with inflation... moreover, the corporations didn't have to pay as much for Social Security contributions. So how do we fix it? We adjust the cap yearly so that it represents 90% of the payroll income in the US. That means more will be paid by corporations and there will be no more tax reasons to pile on disparate income levels at the upper echelons of the company. It MIGHT revise the way companies pay their people... Because it was in mid 1990s that Harvard put out a study that recommended that corporate salaries and perquisites be analyzed by the board of directors and that they should decide how much the top management should get and how to structure their performance bonuses... Problem is that many boards made the $ decision, but left out the performance requirements so we see corporate management taking home millions every year and even in bad years they get to take home far too much of the corporate bankroll. This is a decision that needs to be affected by instituting a tax on corporations equal to the difference between change in profit and the change in corporate management salaries. A negative change to profit should create a larger tax if they don't reduce the management salaries. IT CAN BE ARRANGED so that we no longer have to watch disparate income levels create millionaires of incompetent or so..so management. And that means we no longer have to worry as much about not having middle income oomph to keep our sales high enough that the economy continues to grow instead of falling... and taking down our ability to pay the debt now at $16Trillion dollars. It is merely an incentive to keep the economy running well rather than faltering for lack of middle class income to buy our products.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jane Mayer

Get rid of Nancy GraceNancy Grace has badgered and bullied enough people she is the cause of at least 3 women committing suicide after her national bullying including a very close friend of mine (Toni Medrano). Nancy Grace is absolutely nothing more than entertainment because her thoughts and opinions hold no merit regarding the judicial system and peoples real lives should not be used as a form of entertainment without their consent. Because of her we now have 6 more innocent children without a mother, a mother without a daughter, sisters n brothers missing their sibling and a husband without a wife to help raise their children.. Not to mention all the family & friends who have not yet even had time to completely grieve the lost of Toni's son Adrian. Please help put a stop to this!! BULLYING is BULLYING regardless of who does it... It’s wrong... All it takes is a few seconds and a signature... Help make a difference!357 of 400 SignaturesCreated by ShaRonda Jackson

Public Apology from Representative David DreierI was diagnosed with Brain Cancer one year ago today. There are 60 thousand more that were diagnosed in that same time period. It is very scary for those that are newly diagnosed and navigating the health care system as well insurance can be very daunting and intimidating. No one knows what causes Brain Cancer and you don't usually feel symptoms until it's in a late stage. Recently, Congressman David Dreier (CA-26) made a comment in a health care reform hearing where he used "someone diagnosed with a massive tumor" as an example of someone that would potentially abuse a "high risk pool" system. In spite of the context in which he made the comments. It came off as very flippant and many of us in the Brain Cancer community have been saddened and appalled by it. All we're asking is for Rep. David Dreier to give a public apology regarding the comments.562 of 600 SignaturesCreated by A. Moore

Make Rick Perry support Obamacare in TexasRick Perry is refusing 1) federal dollars to expand Medicaid 2) healthcare exchange program. He told the nation of Fox News watchers but not on Texas' local news. Texas is 51st in the nation of people without heathcare coverage. Perry refusals are costing lives. People's lives should come first.13 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Karen Pruitt

Tell Joe Walsh to Respect our VeteransAt a recent town hall, Congressman Joe Walsh said of my military service, "Now I’m running against a woman who, my God, that’s all she talks about. Our true heroes, it’s the last thing in the world they talk about." Now, I don't care what Joe Walsh says about me. I do care though what he says about our nation’s 23 million Veterans. They've served our country with honor and they deserve our respect. Moreover, at a time when so many of our brave service men and women are returning from war, it's irresponsible of Joe Walsh to try to silence Veterans by insinuating that you’re not a hero if you talk about your service to our country. Whether they're seeking civilian employment or struggling with PTSD, our Veterans need to know that it's OK to talk about their wartime experiences. Please join me in telling Joe Walsh that all of our Veterans are heroes and should be proud to talk about their military service. Tammy734 of 800 SignaturesCreated by Tammy Duckworth
