To all the Senators and House members--all who have a good health care coverage. My daughter who worked for 30 years without any health care coverage is afraid if Republicans take the Senate and House she will still not have any coverage

We should not be harming other species for our own benefit, especially in such large numbers and in ways that will destroy their quality of life.

I am completely opposed to the U.S. Navy's plan to kill or deafen the whales off our California coast. I am horrified that my country would do such a thing to harmless wildlife near our coast. Please rethink this vicious plan!

New homes being built must have solar hot water tank and solar panels installed by the builder and be American made. It's outrageous that solar is not being used in the southern and southwest states and California and Hawaii. Owners of older homes should receive a hundred percent tax credit if instslled within the next 5 years. This shoud be a huge savings for home owners in the long run and save millions of gallons of oil.

It's inhumane to use sonar where it can harm whales and dolphins. we must not do this no matter what it takes.

The President has submitted many Bills for consideration on improving jobs, the economy, infrastructure, & social reform that the Republican Congress have deliberately blocked, held or filibustered for their partisan interests irrespective of the will of the people. They are comitted to power in lieu of the interests of the country. Their actions have slowed the economic recovery for all Americans and has resulted in usurping the overwelming support the people. If the interests of the people are disregarded they are violating the Constitutional rights of the people. They must submit or be eliminated. Their actions are in fact Treason and must be dealt with in that vane as a crime. Republicans can't win an election fairly so they are engaged in stealing the November election by disenfranchising millions of voters using voter suppression laws as an excuse for protecting voter fraud which simply does not exsist. The justice dept must be engaged quickly to make null and void this criminal behavior before the election and not after!

I have ongoing health issues directly related to lack of funds/full dental coverage :( Dental health is not just a cosmetic issue :( It's a true health issue that should be regarded in the same light as the diabetes/over weight issues facing us. Please help form a foundation of professional health care experts, laymen, concerned citizens who will put an end to this tragedy.

Fully implement the Affordable Care Act in Ohio as soon as possible. Protect Ohioans with preexisting conditions, the youngest, as well as those working poor and unemployed. This will lower the rates for those of us who do pay insurance premiums.

Currently, most egg-laying hens live their whole lives crushed in battery cages where they can't move or spread a wing. These cages are so cruel that they have been banned by the European Union, as well as by California and Michigan. Next week, the House of Representatives will vote on HR 3798, an Amendment based on a historic agreement between the Humane Society of the United States and the United Egg Producers. HR 3798 will replace battery cages with enriched colony cages, where hens will have more space and can express some natural behaviors. Egg cartons will be labelled, saying whether they come from caged, enriched caged, cage-free, or free-range hens. This measure also facilitates interstate commerce for farmers who currently face a patchwork of standards. Hens I've met live free on small farms and stables, and I love them; they are sweet, friendly, social, and sensitive; they can be funny and also brave, in protecting their chicks. I can't bear to think of hens just like them tortured their whole lives in battery cages where muscle, bones, and minds atrophy. We have a historic chance to change that; please help! Egg producers, animal advocates, veterinarians, scientists, and consumers all agree, it's the right thing to do! Please sign your support right away, as the House of Representatives may deliberate and vote as early as July 11. Ask Congress to vote HR 3798 into law.

There is a discrimination in how social security is taxed for the rich and average people. It should be taxed at the same rate irrespective of how much one makes. Someone making $110K per year in taxable income pays approx $8400 in social security/disability taxes and someone making a million dollar in taxable income also pays approx. $8400 in social security taxes. This is very unfair taxation. Not only tax payers are unfairly treated but even the social security is loosing billions of dollars in funds every year. A person making $1M/year should be paying the same percentage on all of their taxable income.

Why should the public be denied access to quality health care?

Stop killing the whales.
