Budget cuts on Education are a bipartisan issue. Stop the proposed budget cuts!!!

Schools generate tons of recyclable material and should reap the benifits and there not getting a cent.

If a citizen of a state does not have any new convictions,(other than traffic fines or parking tickets) within a 7 year period. That person should have that right to have his record cleared. *I believe that there are many people out there that have been denied access to better paying jobs because of something they did 10-15 years ago. This is unjust to these people that deserve a chance.

We all know the reasons for going to war in Iraq were based on one lie after another. First it was that Saddam Hussien had Nuclear Weapons, then it was chemical weapons of Mass Destruction; all of which were never found. Then, we stayed and fought for control of oil in the region. Then it was for Stability of the region which we made unstable by a massive invasion ("you break it, you buy it."). As we all know, Colin Powell was forced to Lie to the United nations in order to change the public opinion from "we need to have an investigation" to try and prove a clear and present danger to the world at large. That danger was never found, and what resulted was a massive conspiracy to mislead Congress and the American people into a "police action" which caused over 100,000 injured American Soldiers, over 4,000 American Soldiers dead, and the Iraqi Civilian death toll of over 1 million. I demand a International Tribunal to try these men (George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Karl Rove) for conspiracy, lying under Oath and 1 million counts of murder.

Every Federal Senator, Congressman, Judge, and Elected Official took an oath of office which says in part that they will "Protect the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic". Every one who voted for the Patriot Act, NDDA, the removal of the Glass Stegal Act is in DIRECT violation of that OATH of office. Lets make the direct violation of the oath of office a crime of treason and sedition that will make the offender in-eligible to hold office, and shall require them to be discharged without benefits or retirement immediately.

The Supreme Court has decided that the only compromise possible to make health care affordable is unconstitutional. Bankrupting the nation, its people, and leaving tens of millions without healthcare is unconscionable. The time has come to expand Medicare to all Americans.

Progressives should link Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, and Ayn Rand with practicing the same philosophy of everyone for him or herself. Progressives must see the threat the RRR (Ryan-Romney-Rand) budget represents to seniors, students and the poor.

At this time, I urge you to contact members of the administration and board members to convey the importance of programs such as full day kindergarten, Pi, Young Composers, and a 9 period high school day for our academically talented and motivated students. Expressing concerns heard throughout the community, such as teacher's contract negotiations, would also be appropriate as potential solutions to balancing the budget while saving academic programs. Certainly, we value our teachers, but everyone needs to make some concessions to make this budget work. We must communicate our concerns now, in order to have our voices heard before the budget proposals are finalized in a few short days.

Political support would have been crucial two decades ago in developing the basic science of cold fusion energy by procuring funding for a coordinated plan of research. It is essential as these products reach commercialization this year.
