• KEEP DARREN MACKIE
Darren Mackie has been at Aberdeen Football Club for 14 years, and has been a faithful servant to the cause for all of that time. His work ethic on the pitch is unrivalled, his loyalty to the club is unwavering and his attitude is an inspiration to the rest of the team. He has scored some of Aberdeen's most important goals over the past decade and is more than just a player at the club, he is an icon. If you think that Craig Brown should reconsider his recent contract decisions and award Darren Mackie with a new deal then please take just a second out of your time to sign this petition, it would be much appreciated, every signature can make a difference. Surely it is only fair to let him end his career on his own terms? After such loyalty it is not right to treat him this way. Just one or two more years is all we are asking for, so that he can finish his playing days at the club he loves. We do not want to see him go. Please help our cause by adding your signature today.

  • Give the Capitol back to US.
The Capitol used to be 'the people's building'. You could freely roam the center of America's government and revel in its beauty (with certain exceptions of course). No longer. Now you must go on a quick guided tour, in which you will see only 3 rooms, including the Rotunda; and still you go through 'airport quality' security. I fondly remember my hours spent in the building in the early 80s, being astonished at the decor, intricate murals, paintings, architecture, etc. Congress and the President should return the Capitol to its previous public status, after a thorough screening process.

  • Fire Rep Chris Smith
Republican Chris Smith has been in Congress (NJ 4th District) for 32 years and we have had 32 years of increased spending, continuing deficits, and ballooning national debt. You can't change Congress without changing the Congressman. He is one of the impediments to getting anything done in Congress. (See www.froelich4congress.com )

  • Fix Social Security Forever
If the current policy of stopping Social Security taxes withdrawn from income were to be eliminated, the revenue generated by collecting the 7% tax on all income would not only pay for everyone to receive Social Security income in their retirement, but also fund a 2 year college education for every child in America.

  • Stop phone spoofing
Numerous people are harassed each day by telemarketers, ex boyfriends or girlfriends, and bullies of all sorts. Right now people can buy a program that allows them to call someone, displaying a fake number or someone's real number on the caller id. This allows for harassment without any consequence and it must be stopped!

  • A Plea To Merge Parties
The endless bickering between the Democratic and Republic parties is counter-productive. Personalities aside, the parties have cooperated for decades on invasions, cutting taxes for the wealthiest, supporting Big Business, foiling a rational healthcare system, etc. Let's merge--for the sake of efficiency and national healing.

  • Justice for Dennis Beal
Canton man gets 60 years for selling cocaine. Dennis Beal (Source: Office of the District Attorney)Dennis Beal (Source: Office of the District Attorney) MADISON COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A Canton man will spend 60 years in jail, without the possibility of parole, after being found guilty of selling cocaine. Dennis Beal, 37, was found guilty following a two-day trial. Due to previous convictions for robbery, possession of a controlled substance and bribery, Beal was charged as a non-violent habitual offender and a subsequent drug offender, according to District Attorney Michael Guest. On top of the jail sentence Beal will also have to pay a $2 million fine upon his release. In March 2009, Beal met with a confidential law enforcement informant and sold the informant $30 worth of crack cocaine, according to the district attorney. Beal was arrested and while out on bond he reportedly contacted a Madison County Sheriff’s Department deputy and offered the deputy “money to make the charges go away.” The sheriff’s department began to record calls between Beal and the deputy and in February 2010, Beal gave the deputy $5,000 in cash. Law enforcement moved in and arrested Beal on bribery charges.  “Beal’s lack of respect for the criminal justice system can be seen in his attempt to bribe a Deputy Sherriff in an attempt to keep him from going back to prison.  Dennis Beal is an example of a career criminal that will now spend the remainder of his life behind bars because he refuses to obey the law,” Guest said. .
