There's is an issue in which citizens are being incarcerated for not being able to pay fines, court cost, or even child support; but the only thing wrong with this is that these are not criminal actions and should not be treated as. This is an act of which I would call arbitrary and discriminatory act against the under privileged and poor citizens of our country. Does it makes sence to oppresse these individuals who are already financial stressed?

Suncor Refinery in Denver has been leaking black goo into the confluence of the Platte River & Sand Creek at 480 to 2,000 ppb [5ppb = acceptable for drinking water] at least since 2011. Instead of repairing the broken underground pipes all they are doing is blowing bubbles into the water to disperse the contaminants into the air to be inhaled by humans and wildlife instead of fixing the problem.

Currently there are 22 small insurance companies who are exposed to major risk if we experience a major hurricane. These companies don't offer other lines of highly profitable insurance like automobile insurance, or life insurance to offset their risk. Instead, the very companies who deserted us on homeowners insurance, like Nationwite, and Travelers, are in the state getting fat while they hurt us!

With Veteran unemployment extremely high, this "GI bill" educated populace is running into roadblocks. The Federal Government is cutting budgets/jobs and highly technical jobs require an active Security Clearance in the private sector. My petition is to have injured veterans reinstated to previous clearance or waive the clearance costs of the employer to get Veterans hired.
