• Help Free John Ford Now – Tell New York to End the Illegal Imprisonment of U.S. Citizens in Psych...
We urgently need your help. Long Island UFO Network Chairman John Ford was railroaded by the Suffolk County Government of New York simply because he came too close to uncovering the infamous South Haven Park UFO crash and the illegal toxic waste dumping taking place in many parts of Suffolk County. Targeted by a level of corruption that would put anyone in a state of utter shock and disgust, John Ford has been a political prisoner at the MID-HUDSON FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC CENTER in New Hampton, New York. This is a critical matter that directly affects everyone's individual civil rights. Join this grassroots movement. Help Free John Ford Now – Tell New York to End the illegal, illegitimate and highly unethical imprisonment of John Ford. Sign this petition today and spread it around. Ask everyone you know to sign it. • Get convicted sex offenders and abusive coaches out of kids' sports
Although it is not the spirit of the law, the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act has a clause in it that is used to protect the rights of convicted sex offenders and abusive coaches rather than the safety of child athletes. The Act requires that a national governing body "demonstrates that its membership is open to any individual who is an amateur athlete, coach, trainer, manager, administrator, or official active in the sport for which recognition is sought..." National governing bodies, such as USA Gymnastics, believe that this clause prevents them from excluding convicted sex offenders and abusive coaches on their permanently ineligible list ("banned coaches") from sending child athletes to their sanctioned events. Coaching ethics should be made explicit: Coaches do not exploit athletes or other participants over whom they have supervisory, evaluative or other authority; coaches do not engage in sexual/romantic relationships with athletes or other participants over whom the coach has evaluative, direct or indirect authority, because such relationships are likely to impair judgment or be exploitative. In addition, a mandatory reporting clause should be added, which would require all adults working with children under the umbrella of a national governing body to report concerns of child abuse and neglect.

  • Fire Rush Limbaugh on WSYB
Rush Limbaugh's hateful rhetoric attacking one woman attacks all women. It is time to pressure WSYB to take his show off the airwaves, a show that stands for the complete opposite of what Vermont is all about.

  • Recall Rick Perry
Rick Perry has been a leader on the front of the republican party's assault on female reproductive rights. We are 51% of the population, we do not need his permission to have health care. He has no business in his government takeover of female health issues.

  • Get Rush off the air in Grants Pass
Infamously, Rush Limbaugh referred to law student Sandra Fluke as a 'slut'and 'prostitute' for exercising her constitutional rights. Regardless of your political affiliation, think about how you would feel if your daughter, sister or mother had been called that by an entertainer- how would that make you feel? I think that Rush went too far, and that he should face the fact that the American people want civil discourse.

  • Stop airing Rush Limbaugh
Rush Limbaugh should not remain on the air. His language and attitude is not only demeaning to women but he has also been guilty of slander. His is not the language we should have on our radio station.

  • Get KMAN to drop Rush Limbaugh
Rush Limbaugh's verbal assault on Georgetown University student Sandra Fluke, calling her a "slut" and a "prostitute," was intended to do one thing: intimidate women who would dare to speak out for their reproductive freedom. But this time Limbaugh has gone too far, and it has sparked a nationwide backlash. At least 140 major advertisers have pulled their ads from the Limbaugh show, and some stations have canceled the show altogether. Rush is still on the air in Manhattan—but if enough local folks speak out together, that could change. We can't let up now. KMAN 1350 in Manhattan should take Limbaugh off the air for good.

  • Take Rush off WNGO
Rush Limbaugh lied about Georgetown University Law student Sandra Fluke's advocacy for women needing birthcontrol for various health issues and called her a "slut" and prostitute saying Fluke should be required to post a sex tape online if someone else paid for her birth control. This type of simple minded filth should not be allowed to continue on the air
