All people need afforable Health care. When people are healthy thay do not think about health care. It is when an emergency occurs that they see the drawbacks of living n a country which does not promote affordable health care for all.

The amount of student debt across the nation is on the rise as the costs of higher education increase. The bill would allow fellow teachers and public service employees to ease the burden of student loans and focus their time on what really matters...public service. This would help teachers to focus on educating youth and providing more support for instructional materials.

This petition is to force the Congress to be accountable for the money they take from Corporations and Lobbyist groups for their own personal profit. It will also allow the American People the right to take said Congressman/Congresswoman to court for prosecution. As of now the Congress handles these matters it's self. Which means that unless the press gets a hold of the story, nothing ever happens.

What is at issue is how the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System has decided to arbitrarily interpret A.R.S. 38-849. The intent of A.R.S. 38-849 (D) was to avoid double dipping which is what happens when a member of the PSPRS system “elects” to retire yet remains employed with the same municipality in a similar position and is able to collect both a retirement and a salary. While Michael Stewart’s case may seem similar on the surface in fact they are not. Mr. Stewart didn’t elect to retire. The injuries that he received while employed as a police officer prevented him from continuing to work as a police officer, he didn’t elect to retire, disabilities aren’t elective. The purpose of the disability pension is to provide some benefit for the years served when an officer is no longer able work in public safety due to an injury (not of their choice). Michael Stewart’s permanent disability prevents him from being an officer but doesn’t prevent him from being a productive member of society in a civilian position that is not a “similar position”.

Racism is a thing of the past, hating the color of someone's skin. However, today is a new day. Let us all get back connected with God our Creator, and stop allowing hate to enter our hearts. We are asking President Obama to look into this problem of racism, and find a ethical cure for it.

On March 15, Americans for Prosperity and Civitas launched a costly PR campaign to distort the true impact of the 2011-2012 North Carolina state budget on our children and families. They made a $475,000 TV ad buy in major media markets, claiming that lawmakers somehow “protected teachers” by cutting funding for K-12 schools by $459 million dollars. What’s worse is they think you’ll believe them. But their misleading math simply doesn’t add up. No matter how they spin it, fewer education dollars ≠ more teachers. In fact, data from the NC Department of Public Instruction shows that so far 915 teacher jobs and 2,042 teaching assistant jobs have been lost due to budget cuts made by the legislature in 2011. That’s not protecting educators, it’s attacking them. What’s more, the TV ad fails to mention that lawmakers cut taxes for wealthy individuals and corporations to the tune of $200 million in the same state budget. Iowa Child Protived Service took my 5 boys from a safe home in Nebraska. CPS from Iowa had no right taken my children from a safe home. The children father and I have been seperated 3 years. We are friends because we have a big family. (6 children) CPS has had our boys over 2 years. I have been fighting these people. (Tooth and Nail) Thank You for your support.

City of Erie Pennsylvania Police Department needs to step up! My Niece was hit by a Driver (a nurse) that was in a hurry on 2/28/12 and turned into Tori L Scofield's motorcycle! Tori has lost her left leg and suffered internal injuries, not to mention the emotional trauma. As a single mother of two, she and her children have suffered life changing pain and suffering! The driver, who is a Nurse, did not go to my niece to see if she could help her. She simply left her laying on the pavement bleeding out! Erie PD HAS NOT Charged this Driver, who, by the way, does not have her Drivers License. Another Biker was hit and killed and his 6 yr old child injured on 3/15/12. The driver that hit this motorcycle was turning from wrong lane! Again no charges filed! Where is the Justice? Does the Law Bend when Erie PD doesn't Like the injured Parties?
