The Network "Lifetime" is planning on Making a miniseries about the April 20th 1999 shooting in Littleton Co. There is no mention of any proceeds being directed at programs that address school violence. There has been no indication that people were actually consulted from the community. There is no indication that anyone has been contacted for likeness rights. How the network has gone about making this movie is questionable, which begs the question, "How tasteful is this movie going to be? WIll it be historically accurate or just a gore-fest?" "How distorted are they going to make the film to sell ad space?"

Sunny Sheu was a victim of mortgage fraud, who discovered that a NY Supreme Court Judge was complicit in the fraud that stole his home. Sunny was officially scheduled to testify at NY State Senate hearing on Judicial Corruption, but before he could testify, he was abducted by two NYPD detectives and threatened with death if he "went to the authorities" Sunny requested witness protection from the FBI and posted a video on Youtube predicting his murder by the judge and the NYPD. Days later, on June 26th 2010, Sunny was found bludgeoned to death on a dead end street in Flushing Queens. Hours after his death, the NYPD illegally removed his body and sent it to the Medical Examiner with a note saying he had dies of an "aneurysm" and that there was "no criminality" The Medical examiner disagreed and ruled the cause of death "Blunt force trauma to the Head with skull fractures and brain injuries." and the manner of death "undetermined", making a criminal investigation mandatory. There has been no investigation. The NYPD has violated NY State law by denying FOIL request for information regarding Sunny's death. Receipt of the letter was confirmed, but Kelly has not responded. If a whistle blower can be kidnapped, threatened by the NYPD, then murdered without an investigation, all New Yorkers are in dire jeopardy.

The U.S. House of Representatives have recently passed a much weakened version of the STOCK Act legislation, which some representatives in the U.S. Senate find to be disappointing. We need to remind our House Representatives and Senate Representatives that the parts left out in the weakened STOCK Act need to be kept in the final bill.
