His obligations in office is incomplete in his projects, The Rail has failed since he got into Office...and still continues to plummet in COST. Instead of building a baseball field in his district he proposed a District he is not even raised or born in. And should had built it where his rail would serve the purpose of transportation in Waipahu, Not Waimanalo. He must be called to " resign " or be impeached due to his incompetent acts in Office. 6. His project of the Rail Is funded by the taxpayers , those who live on the Windward side to the East side have no use of it. Those who live on the outer Islands have no use for it. And , now he wants to build a baseball field on a sacred ground in Waimanalo...with whose taxes ? Evey person on the Outside Islands and East / Northshore / Windward Oahu have no use for the Rail. Now both, Mayor and Waimanalo Community Board Chairman Mr. Wilson Kekoa Ho, wishes for all of you named in the above to pay taxes for the Mayors Baseball Field and park. In this case the full project involves a $32 million plan to build a regional sports center, including a Little League diamond, a full-size baseball field, two additional fields that could be used for rugby or soccer and up to 470 parking stalls. Phase 1 includes one ball field, a playground and 11 parking stalls, at a cost of $1.42 million. What part of this project does he promote '' SUSTAINABILITY ?". Mayor Caldwell , can you prove to me that it is sustainable for food ? or sustainable for environmental purpose or climate control , or housing ? what part of this project is relevant to human needs ? There is no relevance to Human Need in this project. But i do see a large kickback from its Developers like the Lyon scam investigation. This is virtually a sign that you are mentally incompetent to your position as Mayor. They gym has not been repaired or completed in repairs, we have a baseball field in Waimanalo already, You are born and raised in a district that your rail is situated in...and should have had built a baseball field instead of a RAIL !....Wildman. ***** Now know the facts. Waiting tables is an extremely involved job. It requires more than what meets the eye as the general public has very little idea of what it entails. It’s extremely demanding and people can be so rude, they act as if they are the only person in the restaurant. The idea that the customer is always right is a fallacy that allows this behavior. It should be within reason of course to receive the best service, however often times people take things out on the server that is out of their hands such as the kitchen’s mistakes. A bad tip takes away from a good tip and when you’re forced to pay 3% of your sales to hosts, bussers, and bartenders a 20% tip is already a 17% tip. To do a job where you are constantly moving for 8 hours, never sitting down, hot, sweaty , rude people and you still have to smile is a performance that is NOT easy. People will sit in your section and take their time to order an appetizer and water, spend 1 .5 hours in the seat playing on their phone on a Saturday night. Not realizing the window a server has to make their money is about 3 hours and we do this by flipping our tables, so tipping by percent then is really a slap in the face. Also the federal government taking away gratuity for large parties really cut our income by a 1/3 . Same thing a large party takes up your whole section so let’s say they stay 3 hours and don’t tip, you actually end up paying for their food, losing money. If the kitchen messes up, the food is comped but there’s no recourse or respect to servers time or compensation. In order to balance this out servers should at least make 6$ hour or minimum wage . I feel the time that corporate restaurants not paying their staff and using servers to pay with their hard earned money needs to end . I’m waiting on change !!!!!!

This energy-intensive, coal-burning smelter will emit hundreds to thousands of tons of greenhouse gases and other coal toxins annually. The carbon footprint will be tremendous. The Pend Oreille River Valley, the Little Spokane watershed and North Idaho will be blanketed with toxic emissions. This smelter will be located within one-to-two miles of eight Newport schools, athletic fields, parks, the Newport Hospital, and downtown Newport. HiTest/PacWest claims it will be a “green” facility, but only 5% of its product will be for solar cells. The tremendous carbon and toxic coal footprint of the smelter will never be offset. Governor Inslee: you claim to be the “climate candidate”. But your support for this proposed smelter only demonstrates a contradictory approach to climate change. Our livelihoods, health and economy will be devastated. Governor Inslee: we ask that you please withdraw your support and endorsement of the HiTest/PacWest Newport smelter.

As Virginia attorney general, Cuccinelli embarked on a multiyear legal campaign to smear and discredit one of the world's most prominent climate scientists, Michael E. Mann. Cuccinelli demanded thousands of emails by invoking a discredited conspiracy theory in order to allege fraud. It was a clear case of political interference and censorship, and Cuccinelli ultimately lost. The episode demonstrates the danger of putting Cuccinelli into a position of power over others. Now, as climate change drives forced migration around the globe, Cuccinelli is set to take over the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, which handles the legal process of gaining residency and citizenship in this country. Even many Republican senators loathe Cuccinelli, who led a group that has boosted their conservative primary challengers. Tell your senators that Cuccinelli is too unqualified and extreme for this, or any, position in our federal government!

The State DCR and DOT are imposing low-quality, highway-centric bikeway projects on Wellfleet in the interest of expediency, with poor sense of location, disregarding safety and resource objections expressed in near-unanimous town votes and meetings, and in opposition to the interests of Wellfleet voters, taxpayers, and vacationers.

Recently when several workers at the UCLA Green lab inquired about establishing equitable pay scales for all of the employees at the lab, management's response to the meeting request was to fire, the day after the request was made, a woman who was thought to have organized the group. Though this reaction is appalling in any workplace, it is exceptionally disgusting when it takes place at a public institution which is tasked with studying and helping those with mental illness and the known link of hostile work conditions with causing mental illness (study link below). I started this petition because I don't want to see my country divided by yet another undeclared war, nor do I want to see the world plunged into a needless war.

I am opposed to the State of Florida Changing the A1A (Shay's) bridge in Nassau County into a Toll Fee Bridge. Because it will have a tremendous negative impact on already terrible traffic delays! Yes personally & professionally affected every day.

Development along the waterfront in Astoria is coming and it’s coming fast. With multiple properties up for grabs and a towering Marriott hotel already approved at the Ship Inn/ Stephanie’s Cabin site, Astoria residents want to ensure that our waterfront isn’t eaten up by towering structures- blocking views and access to our river. Both the Port of Astoria and the Astoria Warehouse property owners are pressuring the city to make exceptions for them and allow them to build to 45’ tall. That’s over 10’ taller than the existing Astoria Warehouse buildings. We can grow, we can develop, but there is no reason to sacrifice access- whether it be visual or physical- to our river for the sake of hotels and other forms of development that don’t have Astoria residents’ best interest in mind. Let’s let the city know that we want height restrictions on development!
