Whats wrong with Donald Trump?
Fact Number one: After the allied forces, of England, France, the United States, AND the Soviet Union, combined forces, to overthrow murderous dictator, Adolf Hitler, and free the German people, from Nazi oppression, in 1945
FACT Number two: While the Germans, under the control of the Allied Kommandantura, agreed to begin re-building their shattered West Germany, the problem was that Soviet Leader Joseph Stalin, wanted Communism, in the Soviet sector, of defeated Germany
FACT Number three: In the years 1945, to 1949, when the Communist Party informed the Germans, of the Soviet sector, that, they may have been freed, of HIlters murderous dictatorship, that they had a new dictator
FACT Number four: Once notifed of this information, as many as six MILLION Germans packed their families, and everything that they could carry, push, or pull, and headed to West germany, and the protection, of the Allied Kommandantura.
FACT Number five: Once the Communist Party, in East Germany informed Moscow, in 1949, that "IF we do not STOP the Germans from fleeing to the west, then by 1961, East Germany will be nothing more than abandoned homes, businesses, and farms
Fact Number five: Starting in 1949, the Communist Party gave orders to begin building a barrier, between East, and West, Germany.
Phase One was a chain link fence, across the German-German border (between the Soviet sector, and the Allied Kommandantura)
The Germans responded, with wire cutters, turning the fence into "Swiss cheese"
When the Soviets replaced the chain links with brick and mortar, in 1950, the Germans responded with ladders, and ropes. The Germans climbed OUT of the East, and down, into the west.
Between 1951, and 1955, the Communists were so desperate, to prevent the Germans from fleeing to the west, that the Soviets began construction on the very SAME, exact, project, which Donald Trump is insisting the United States build, on the Texas/Mexico border.
BY 1959, the Communists had given orders to build a wall, not just out of concreate block, but with a "death strip", inside East Germany. Barriers meant NOT to keep the west OUT, but to keep the Gremans IN.
Machine guns, land mines, attack dogs, etc. Anything you can name, and which existed, at the time, was deployed, along the Berlin Wall, to prevent German escape.
Houses, business, farms, etc, were bulldozed a specified distance back, into East Germany, and a deeath strip, of cleared land, ran along the East side of the wall.
Did this stop the Germans? History says "NO". In fact, the more elaborate the Communists defenses became, the more creative, and innovative, the Germans became, in overcoming the barrier.
FACT Number six: Between 1949, and 1972, the Communists "invested" so much funding, into the Berlin Wall, that the Soviets left the East German treasury BANKRUPT.
Yet, the Germans continued to "penetrate" the wall.
For 28 years, the Communists TRIED, and FAILED, to keep the Germans detained, behind this wall (using the latest tech, of the day)
It was only because in-coming, Soviet leader MIkhail Gorbachev began reviewing Soviet expenses, to find out how much his Mother Russia was spending, and how much profit Moscow was receiving, that Mr. Grobachev reviewed the Berlin Wall. An "investment", filled with pay-outs, on the profit and loss charts, yet with NO profits being reported.
This is why, by the time Ronald Reagan stood on that platform, looking at Mr. Gorbachev, and saying "Mr.. Gorbachev, TEAR...DOWN...THIS...WALL" Mr. Gorbachev was, already planned to dump that "white elephant.
Now, maybe 25 years later, Mr. Trump is insisting upon REPEATING this FAILURE. A FAILURE, which will, end the end, NOT cost America only about $10 trillion dollars, but closer to $900 trillion (based upon the adjusted costs of if the Berlin Wall had been built, today.)
This leads me to wonder if Mr. Trump is either:
1) historically Illiterate
2) politically UN-educated
3) mentally retarded (in politics)
Mr. Trump is, without a doubt, an excellent real estate developer, but DOES this make him the best person to make choices, for the AMerican people?
After alll:
Fact Number seven: When the United States was founded, the nation contained ONLY thirteen states. It was only due to the Founding Fathers extended the hand, of friendship, to the western territories, that our land expanded to forty nine states (The U.S. BOUGHT Alaska from the Soviets.)
FACT Number eight: It is my position that the United States STOP the current Gestapo/S.S. activities, of the Trump administration, and, instead, work WITH the Latino's, to aid them in petitioning for state-hood, in the U.S., which will be the best option.
After all, state-hood has a two century track record, of success. The same cannot be said, for the first, or proposed, Berlin Walls.
THESE historicall FACTS are the reason why I hope that READERS will SIGN this petition, and forward it, to others.
The United States needs a SOUND, LITERATE, and EDUCATED, solution, to its problems.
