• Don't Raise Payroll Taxes on Middle-Class Americans
Under the "fiscal cliff" deal reached by the White House and the Senate on January 1, 2013, taxes will go up on ALL Americans who work for a living. The payroll tax hikes under the deal amount to $1000 in extra taxes for families making $50,000 a year.

  • Fair Share
Warren Buffett is advocating higher taxes for the rich so they can "pay their fair share." Former President Bill Clinton proposed the idea of a wealth tax in the nineties. For example, Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi has an estimated wealth of over sixty million dollars. Our nation's debt needs our wealthiest one percent to pay their "fair share." Speaker Pelosi, Warren Buffett, and numerous other uber-rich need to pay a one-time tax of twenty to thirty percent without all the tax-avoidance games.

  • INFLATION IS WORSE THAN I.R.S. TAXES
In U.S.A. wealthiest americans, businesses, and corporations refused to pay taxes and used the deductions and loopholes allowed in the I.R.S. tax code, but low income americans pay INFLATION taxes, sales taxes, gasoline taxes and State and local taxes that are not according to the income, and that it's unfair because the U.S. dollar has no buying power.

  • Obama Just Gave Congress, Boehner and Biden a Raise
Poor dears haven't had a raise since 2009. Now Biden, okay. But we can't agree to find ways to cut spending and the so-called "fiscal cliff" is looming large because everyone down there in Washington seems to be playing a game with our country, and Obama is rewarding these clowns with a raise? I got a measly $26/month in social security but Medicare cost was hiked $6/month. And these guys want to cut our benefits (that we paid for, by the way)!

  • Revoke Congressional Pay Raise
What have they/you done to merit a raise? How many times has the regular employee heard: "We didn't make enough profit" or "Times are tough." or "We don't have the budget.". I've heard it in about a third of the 25 years I've been working. Time for Congress to hear it too!!

  • Means test Social Security and Medicare
Wealthy people do not need Social Security and Medicare! They did help fund it while working, so they deserve their money back plus 5% interest on their payments from the start. Most will have been paid off by their early 70's and both programs will save millions if not billions in the future.

  • Recall Congress If We Go Over the Cliff
The US House of Representatives and the US Senate exist to serve the people of the United States. If our legislative branch allows our country to fall over the Fiscal Cliff, for any reason, then they have failed in their duty, and should be held accountable for that failure.
