• Abolish The DNC's Superdelegates
The Democratic National Committee's Superdelegates are elected by no one and are free to support any candidate for the presidential nomination, regardless of the vote of the people. GET BACK THE VOICE OF THE DEMOCRATIC WORKING CLASS!

  • NC General Assembly: Don't vote to Pack the State Supreme Court
Republican legislative leaders want to add two more justices to the State Supreme Court to keep the court’s GOP majority. They’re upset that voters replaced Republican Supreme Court Justice Bob Edmonds with Democrat Mike Morgan – which would give the Democrats a 4-3 majority on the high court. contact information: http://www.ncleg.net/gascripts/members/reports/room-phone.pl?Chamber=Senate&viewType=normal

  • We want The winner of the popular vote for President
The popular vote went to Hillary Clinton. If you want to ask the delegates to please vote Democrat you may sign this petition. The Electoral College has outlived its use for the American People. Ask the delegates to please do what's fair. They can make the election go to the right candidate for the job.

  • Support the National Popular Vote Bill
We believe our country to be the beacon of democracy, but in the presidential election on Tuesday we witnessed a flawed democratic process at work. Hillary Clinton, who won the majority of votes from the American people, lost the presidency to Donald Trump. This happened because the Electoral College is an outdated system that needs to be reformed. The National Popular Vote bill would change this by ensuring that the winner of the popular vote in all 50 states and the District of Columbia would win the Presidency. The people of Maine from both parties have shown that they believe this process to be more democratic and in 2008 the measure was passed by the Maine Senate only to be defeated 2 years later in the House. I urge you to revisit this bill and make the Presidential election process more democratic for ALL Americans, so every vote may count.

  • Electoral College is NOT bound by State Votes
I am starting this petition in the last great hope that we can legally turn this election around and award the presidency to the candidate who earned the most popular votes. My hope is to create a groundswell of support that provides the Electors of the College with justification to vote their conscience.

  • Jon Stewart 4 President
We all have been let down by broken promises and corruption. The DNC pushed their chosen candidate and many of us myself included followed. No longer will we push DNC agenda for them. The loss to Donald Trump is unacceptable and we must be prepared to have a candidate who has the stamina and conviction to win. Jon Stewart has proven time and time again he understands the progressive agenda and has the heart to lead us.

  • One Person One Vote
Two popular vote elections lost - Gore now Clinton. We are not a country of hate but as long as we keep an antiquated election system we are not a free democracy - one person one vote - let all persons of age and legal status living in the USA choose - we can no longer let our fate be decided by a handful of states.

  • National Popular Vote Compact
2016 is the second election in 16 years where the candidate with the most popular vote was not elected president. The Electoral College system is outdated but to pass a constitutional amendment to eliminate it is close to impossible. By having states with a majority of electoral votes agree to give their electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote will mean that in future elections the winner of the popular vote will become President. There are other benefits for elections to be decided by popular vote. With the current system only swing states get the attention of candidates. Other states with solid majorities for either party are ignored as are the issues that are most important to the voters of these states. It is also true that the Electoral College means that the value of a vote is not the same in each state. When elections are decided by popular vote all votes are equal. If your state is not yet part of the NPV Compact, petition your state legislators to pass legislation to join. Learn more at http://www.nationalpopularvote.com/

  • PA-National Popular Vote Interstate Compact
We should not be voting via the antiquated electoral college. The popular vote should elect the next president! The compact is designed to ensure that the candidate who wins the most popular votes is elected president, and it will come into effect only when it will guarantee that outcome.
