The Governor's office has access to the latest and best evidence based guidelines for bottle and breast fed babies during a disaster but has not used them in their publications. Veterans, Disabled and people on Medicare that cannot afford it, it should be a program covered by Medicare and Medicaid. It is a preventive medical treatment that helps people not to end up in the hospital to be feed on tubes, helps us be presentable to get that part time job to substitute our benefits, which we have hard time living within.
