Getting the governor to commit to implementing the Affordable Care Act in a timely and responsible manner.

It time to say enough is enough to those Radical congress members who are spending their whole three years fighting to take away health care benefits from Middle class American Its about time we stand up against these radicals who's main objective is to deny us the opportunity to have health insurance for our families, but they are enjoying the best health care system in world with their families. We the tax payer deserve the right to enjoy the American dream.

Our Congressional Representatives choose their healthcare plans from a menu of "gold standard" health insurance plans. Let's demand that our elected US Congressional Representatives choose from the same plans available to their constituents. For example, my 26 year old daughter who lives in Utah in not eligible for insurance because she was born with a congenital anomaly. If a Congressional Representative from Utah has a congenital anomaly, should that representative have insurance that is not available to their constituent?

Right to life is impossible if a person does not have reasonable, affordable access to medical care. Without quality health care insurance, this access is grossly limited at best. Years of health and financial problems have left many in this nation either prematurely deceased, unnecessarily ill, and/or financially ruined. Wisconsin has already lost valuable time due to the Governor's refusal to follow the recommendations/requirements of the Affordable Health Care Act and he is still refusing to do so. How many more will die, become unnecessarily ill, and financially ruined while this delay continues? For those people, should the legal system allow recourse?

The Affordable Care Act was passed by Congress, signed into law by President Obama, and now has been upheld by a ruling from the United States Supreme Court. Why, then, are South Carolina officials like Governor Nikki Haley, Attorney General Alan Wilson, and their cohort of state Republican leaders still trying to stall implementation of the Affordable Care Act?

An estimated 13% of the adults under 65 in Wisconsin reported not seeking health care because of the cost in 2010. The percentage of adults under 65 who reported not seeking health care because of the cost in 2010 works out to an estimated 448,000 people in Wisconsin. Putting ObamaCare in action is the right thing not only for those individuals who have a hard time attaining work but for those who have exhausted their insurance policies/benefits. For example, I sustained a head injury some years ago and have exhausted mine. Along with that, finding a job with benefits has been challenging. I can understand people's oppostion to this bill because illegal immigrants also benefit from it, but what about those who are discriminated against for something that was out of their control? Many people oppose this bill for absurd reasons, but they also fail to look at the positives this bill could also bring.

Refusing to accept federal funds—free for three years and 90% free after that—to assist needy people in meeting their health care needs is plainly partisan nonsense. Sign this petition, and with enough people in Idaho behind it we may be able to convince the governor to do the right thing.

Governor and state representatives of government should NOT'deny citizens/voters/families help with Medicaid and refuse to be a part of the cooperative effort of the Congressional vote that passed the bill, the Executive signing of the bill, and the Supreme Court decision accepting this healthcare bill, denying the lawsuit against it which reached its court. Lives are at stake, humanity to man is at stake! Partisan politics are wrong when it comes to helping our citizens.

He turned down millions of dollars and refuses to set up insurance exchanges. The result: thousands in Florida will be deprived of medical care and the costs of providing care to people without insurance will keep getting moved onto you and me. This is illegal and immoral. We need to tell Gov. Scott to put politics aside and implement the law as he is sworn to do.

The affordable health care act have been upheld as constitutional.

The expansion of Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act will cost Alaska nothing in the first 3 years, after which we will only cover 10% of the cost. Alaskans have huge medical expenses due to our geography. Our state needs additional protections--and expanded coverage is just the tip of the iceberg--but we have got to start somewhere. Please stand with your fellow Alaskans and demand your governor work for the people and not for his party.
