• Keep Sex Offenders Away from Our Children
A Level 3 sex offender is living in a school district, as well as directly behind a park and ice skating rink. The man was convicted of rape and abuse of a 7-year-old and should not be allowed to live in this area, which is heavily populated with small children.

His undue influence threatens to hurt millions of Floridians, specifically gravely ill and minorities... I don't think Florida Tax Dollars (through the University) should be used to forward his regressive agenda. As a Floridian the thought that he represents Florida State University makes be both sick and embarrassed.

  • Ticsco Campbell: Protect the Kids and Teenagers
Kids and teenagers are getting killed around the world by law enforcement and they have no weapons. We should make it a mandatory law just like the healthcare plan was and all the effort that no law enforcement can shoot or kill any kid of teenager under the age 19 if they do not have a gun for a weapon.

  • Justice for Shea Graham
I know that no matter what happens to Lisa Graham, it won't bring my best friend back. But Shea was a once in a lifetime type of friend, she was always there for me. Right before she was shot from behind multiple times and left on the side of Bowden Road to die, she accepted Jesus Christ. She was turning her life around , she had her whole life ahead of her. Please help me get justice for my friend!

  • Say no to a convicted sex offender playing football.
He is part of a rape and is labeled a sexual offender. Ma’Lik Richmond, a teenage football player who was convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl in March 2013, is reportedly now back on the roster of his Ohio high school’s football team. Richmond was sentenced to one year in a juvenile facility for the crime, though his sentence also depended on rehabilitation and his behavior, according to The Wire. He was released in January this year from an Ohio detention center. Richmond must register as a sex offender every 180 days for 20 years as part of his sentence. Another teenager, Trent Mays, was also convicted in the rape case, and must register as a sex offender, according to wtrf.com.

  • LAWMAKERS: CREATE THE MOTHER BEAR LAW! FREE MOMS/DADS FROM PRISON WHO ACTED TO PROTECT THEIR CHI...
It's despicable... children are harmed and/or sexually abused, and when a parent steps up to protect his/her child by ANY means necessary, like a mother bear or ANY animal would, they are charged with serious crimes. True, the perpetrators are also charged, but the parents who step up get the more serious charges. The harmed children are then left without a parent, especially in a time when they are most vulnerable and need them most. The perpetrators of those disgusting crimes against children deserve the "punishment" the protective parents dealt them, and then some. I propose we create a law that would guarantee freedom for moms/dads in prison who stepped up to protect their babies from these despicable monsters, after careful consideration of their case in a court of law, and the perpetrators of crimes harming/abusing children will be kept in prison on top of the "punishments" received by the protective parents if the abuse is discovered. Keep the REAL criminals in prison and let these parents be with their children that need them!

  • Legalize medical marijuana in Iowa NOW!
My son began showing signs of bipolar disorder at the age of 4. His mania produced violent rage in him. By the time he was 12, the depression had him begging for me to let him die. My walls had holes in them, picture frames were busted, his bedroom ceiling was covered in knife holes. Not to mention the beatings his father and friends endured. When he was 15, I noticed a big change in his behavior (for the better). When I asked him why, he confessed he had been smoking pot for awhile. That was all the proof I needed. Since then we have tried many other meds for his anxiety and rage, to no avail. Marijuana was the only medicine that made it better without turning him into a Zombie.

  • A Trillion Dollar Injustice
The US government finances drug dealers in the context of national defense. Ironically, the government incarcerates Americans for the same drugs their allies produced. Leaders that sell illegal narcotics are sometimes better than rulers who oppose American business. For example, from the 1950’s until the 1970’s, America’s friends in Indochina produced 50 percent of the world’s illegal opium.[1]Then again, as rival expansion threatened US profits in the Middle East, America's allies in the Afghan/Pakistan region produced 70 percent of the world’s heroin. [2] In a similar fashion, as communist expansion threatened South America, the United States aided anti-communist forces in Nicaragua.[3] These were the same individuals responsible for America’s cocaine problem.[4] This controversy was highly publicized in the media as the Iran-Contra scandal.[5] To help the Contras export their product, US allies in Mexico facilitated the cocaine into America.[6] These operations set the precedent for Mexico's current state of affairs.[7] The gangs acting within this system of complicity are responsible for half of the 65 billion dollars’ worth of drugs entering the United States. [8] [9] [10] Lastly, US allies in the Afghan/Pakistan region are being accused by major news circuits for being involved in the Heroin trade.[11] Modest estimates claim that 70 percent of the world’s heroin comes from this region currently.[12] When you juxtapose the facts listed above with the actualities of the War on Drugs, a paradox is observed. The War on Drugs targets the small time dealer but never attempts to go after the king pins, and in summary, the war never ends. While the people who should be targeted are: paid informants who act with impunity, allies in foreign countries, or criminals who have paid off the oval office. These entities are allowed to escape justice because their objectives align with American foreign policy. We are demanding equality in the judicial system. The civil forfeiture laws that apply to everyday citizens should apply to appointed officials. All funds generated from these asset forfeitures will be awarded to the Americans who were unfairly incarcerated. *** More Research***The Great American Paradox: Drugs and Capitalism*** Approximately 1 hour reading time ***** https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-Lc-8DPDlPXZjY2X1pwYzROb0U/view [1] Alfred W. • Video Cameras for More Police Accountability For Violating Citizens Rights
Many police are violating citizens rights. Too many citizens are being killed and abused over simple misdemeanors. For desk appearance tickets, none violent offences citizens are being arrested and sent to jail for the charges to be dismissed or they are given the desk appearance ticket THEY Should HAVE BEEN Given To BEGIN with. Until police are charged with false arrest wasting time and money. The police will continue violating citizens right because there is no deterrent for them. When the citizen demands to know why they are being detained and they object, they are then charged with resisting arrest, whereas they shouldn't have been arrested. Until police are penalized and charged with violating citizens rights, breaking the law they are suppose to uphold, they will continue to act like they are above the law.

  • Fight against injustice of the highest extremes.
Recently, I met a young woman through film circles. We had an intense, loving, passionate relationship. We also worked together on 3 independent films, all of which I was responsible for casting her in. Then one day, with no reasoning or sense of couth or tact, she abruptly ends the relationship on all levels. She went from "I love you so much, I wish I could do more for you, I feel closer to you than ever before" to "Get out of my life forever" all in a matter of less than 36 hours time. I discovered later that she got all she can out of me, wrung me out, and now I needed to be thrown onto the scrap heap with the other men she has done this to. She is ill-intended, wicked, a bad seed and a destroyer of innocent men. She gets personal pleasure from doing these things and it gives her a sense of power. When I pleaded for a reason, she went to the courts and filed an order of protection. She put down on official court documents that I beat, raped, strangled, menaced, stalked, harassed, and tried to murder her (and her cat) several times. She accused me of everything you could possibly think of. She had tried to destroy me in every way possible. She has destroyed relationships between friends of mine, mutual acquaintances, film colleagues and even family by these allegations. I came to court with a mountain of evidence speaking against her words, but the judge refused to look at a single document unless we went to trial, which we were highly advised against by the judge as a low-level scare tactic. In retrospect, not going to trial is one of the biggest regrets I have in my entire life. I am told by several attorneys that this can be turned around with proper representation. I cannot afford a high-profile attorney to assist me. The evidence I have since compiled in my favor consists of emails, texts, facebook messages, photographs, a multitude of notarized character reference letters from friends and even exes who have known me for decades, including a woman I am currently involved with. I even have time sheets from my job to speak against particular nights she accused me of "stalking" her. She, through the courts, also managed to get me put on a national domestic violence registry with a snap of a finger. I never had a chance to show my evidence or truly tell my side of the story. She was never fully sequestered regarding elaborating on her accusations. They were believed and acted upon simply by her saying the word and coming to court. Through research I have learned that hundreds of thousands of men across the country are wrongly accused of such things and have their lives ruined. This is apparently a woman's best weapon against a man, whether true or not. And it seems to work every single time. Please help me make an example of this case and turn it around. In these circumstances, justice is evidently not at all blind. In addition: I am a real person with a real issue and desperate to be listened to for less than 30 seconds. What you read below may be shocking and frightening to you. But hopefully it will make you think twice before you get too involved with a woman whom you think you can trust. And knowing these few facts may just save you from a world of pain and drama, including a completely ruined life down the road. The person who did this to me WILL eventually be outed, when the time is right. -60-70% of "rape" allegations by women each year are 100% false. -Restraining Orders are, according to many lawyers and judges, considered to be the "new fad of this decade's way of breaking up". -Orders of Protection are given away by Judges like candy...because, well...why not?? -If there is an Order of Protections, and the woman calls or contacts YOU, say by phone, then YOU can and will go to jail simply by picking up the phone and saying "Hello?" Why? Because you "communicated" with her. Her making the first communication effort is no matter to the courts. -When a man is simply accused of battery or rape, even in family court only, he automatically is put on a National Domestic Violence registry, sometimes for life. IT DOES NOT MATTER if the allegations are 100% false. A woman only need to just say "he did it" for it to be true and this is REGARDLESS of ANY and ALL solid proof a man may have to present in court. -Women in a relationship will very often at least once engage in rough or kinky sex involving spanking, wrestling, roughhousing or role-playing so that she may (if needed) use this as ammunition down the road to say a man hit her or mistreated her, even if it was an act she specifically requested or condoned. -Justice is rarely to never blind, and it is common knowledge among folks that work in the law that women have "carte-blanche" to say whatever they wish about a man to anyone they wish and never be punished for perjury, defamation, slander or contempt. -Hundreds of thousands of men per year have their lives ruined by women who do this to them. They lose jobs, families, friends, colleagues, money and their reputation. It does not matter if their record is clean and they are and have been law-abiding since birth.
