My niece Victoria Shante Nealy was wrongfully sentenced up to 10 years in prison for a crime she was forced to plead guilty without an attorney present. The Mississippi judge sentenced her to 10 years and suspended 7, thus with 3 years to serve. This sentencing is racially motivated at best. Victoria is an African-American female, single, with two beautiful little girls who is a wonderful mother and hardworker. She was working several jobs to support her children and ill mother. She is a christian woman who will do anything to help others with an infectious personality. She has never been arrested before, no previous criminal record. She paid the money back but still was given a harsh and cruel sentence. The same crime was committed by several white females in Meridian, Mississippi but were given only probation with no jail or prison time serve. Indeed, my niece's wrongful sentencing has devastated my family to say the least. We are outraged by this verdict. We are calling on the judge, Lester Williamson to overturn the sentencing of my niece and set her free immediately. We are demanding that the racially motivated unequal sentencing of African Americans, especially African-American females to end in Mississippi's criminal justice system so that innocent people of color will not become part of a growing and evil prison industrial complex. All bar associations in California are frauds, especially the California Bar Association. They were created to defraud the public, to prevent victims from demanding attorneys be held accountable for their crimes. They were created by attorneys, are financed by attorneys, and are the reason why so many attorneys are career criminals. Every member of every bar association is aware of the scam and all must be prosecuted and held accountable to their victims.

Through social media my eyes have been opened to the amount of animal abuse that takes place in our state of Michigan. It breaks my heart seeing poor innocent animals abused and their abusers getting away with it or being minimally convicted, hence why this issue continues to grow. We need to step up the level of punishment for those who abuse animals and crack down on this ever increasing issue.

This petition is to force the President to have the Justice Department and SEC file legal action against the heads of Lehman Brothers. The President received a 2200 Page 9 volume report in 2010 from Former US attorney Anton Valukas, ordered by the Federal Bankruptcy Court after Lehman Brothers filed bankruptcy, in the report was documentation and information that provided for legal action to be taken against the CEO and other leaders at Lehman Brothers and Earnst & Young the accounting firm for Lehman Brothers.

Respond to the appeal rejected by the US court, on the premisses that it happened on foreign soil. Ask the criminal justice and civil rights to inter win. Stand to restore the dignity of Guatemala people so that they can and their families be compensated for dealing with life long illnesses, physical and emotional scars and poverty, after US experiments starting in the late 1940's until the 1970. Stand for the human rights that NEVER Again, similar abuse happen. The most vulnerable were chosen for this experiment, orphans, conscripted soldiers and psychiatric patients. Unknown of them, like animals, they were injected with syphilis and other transmitted diseases in order to test penicillin efficiency. The United States has enlisted the assistance of both Great Britain and Sweden in pursuing Julian Assanage. The United States should stop it campaign against Mr. Assanage.

For years I have watched as individuals and organizations have fabricated or intentionally twisted facts, disseminating the disinformation on public media outlets to further their political or personal gain. Often this disinformation is broadcast or published without any fact checking. If our democracy requires an informed public and informed voters then there can be no greater offense than deliberately misinforming the public. Certainly there is no end to this unless such action are criminalized. From newscasts to printed media to campaign ads; knowingly lying to the public is just wrong.

my two daughters were given im birth control depo provera, a well known dangerous drug blacklabled by the fda for bone density loss. courtney strong passed away on 4/29/10 at 26. her younger sister amber now 25 suffers from osteoporosis, severe in her neck. this drug has been determined to have contributed to courtneys death and cause ambers osteoprosis. they both have/had cerebral palsy and not sexually active. no consent was signed by mother and/or them.this drug requires consent due to past civil action multi million dollar settlement in 2005.

The whole country is in peril because of the Bush tax cuts and the loopholes in the tax code. A man who we may hire as President has money in three different countries, I believe to evade taxes. Contrary to tradition, he has released only one complete tax return. I want a man running for the highest office to have keep the law. His behavior makes me think he hasn't.

Police brutality is on the rise, and we, the general populace, along with our Constitution, guaranteeing us certain protection, are under attack. A false arrests disrupts your life, livelihood and places you in danger of imprisonment. Lawyers fees to defend you can be burdensome. Judges look at the police report, and make decisions affecting your life depending on it, no matter if it is a complete fabrication.

Marcene Rebeck, a Coos County, Oregon direct-entry midwife, preschool teacher, and business owner that has helped families by assisting in home births for over 30 years with the utmost care, professionalism and wisdom, has been indicted on second degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide for the death of a baby in June 2011. The baby died from sepsis in a hospital four days after Rebeck assisted in the baby’s birth at home; the family is not seeking prosecution. During the Grand Jury hearing, Coos County District Attorney Paul Frasier failed to provide a complete picture of the events that took place after the baby’s birth in an attempt to slander the good name of Ms. Rebeck. We believe these charges are so completely unjustifiable and the evidence so full of doubt, that this case appears to be motivated by a greater attempt to control the natural process of childbirth and turn it into a commodity. The only acceptable action is to drop all charges against Marcene Rebeck.

The Federal Justice System in our country is filled with corruption, lazy pre-trial probation officers who leave a months work for the last day and fabricate information critical to a defendants profile. Public Defenders with no ambitions who push defendants to take pleas. As it stands even those with ambitions will only take to trial a 100% sure thing. Everything else is forced to a plea. A plea doesn't count as a loss in court. This is all important in making the lawyer look good. Too many Federal Judges have become lazy depending on Guide lines that were intended to protect and have now become another way to lump together an inacturate picture of a human being in a dier sistuation.Defendants are nothing but a list of numbers. Mistakes from your ore-trial probation officer, neglect from your Public Defender and your in prison. The prisons are private businesses run for profit. Rotten fruit and dirty foods donated or bought cheap. Lies about medical care and mistreatment at the expense of tax dollars. Racism out of control by correction officers, rape and extortion condoned. If you feel this just doesn't matter to you then look up the statistics. The U.S.A. Incarcerates more of it's citizens than any other country and the numbers are rising. Every American knows personally someone that has gone through the system or will have a family member, or friend , or co-worker if not themself face this nightmare. Just like the traffic ticket scam of lawyers that for a fee can get you off, if your wealthy and can pay a good lawyer you will as long as it's not in the news walk. If your poor you will do time regardless of guilt. We have the right of a speedy and fair trial. Really? Not in this country at this time. Ask President Obama to convene an Ethics in our Justice System committee to investigate and change a system that is no longer working for the good of the country and it's people.
