I am starting this petition because the Arctic is an amazing place, one of the few pristine places left on our planet. It is the home to many great animals and a place with a diverse eco system. What happens if we continue to destroy and deplete places like the Arctic? Future generations will never know its beauty or benefit from it's health and well being.

I have had the privilege of traveling in the Arctic Circle and seeing polar bears in their native habitat, probably no longer possible today. We need to protect the Arctic for future generations.

I feel strongly that mankind has used & destroyed enough of the world!! Everything humans touch gets destroyed & this has ruined the planet for the future!! Oil Spills all around the world are proof that we will continue to use what isn't ours because we've been doing this since we arrived!!! We are not the only creatures on earth & we need to be stopped!!!
