A State Constitutional Amendment to reinstate in full measure the Local Government Fund which has been decimated by Governor Kasich and Republican State Legislators. The decimation of the LGF has forced the vast majority (nearly all) local government entities of ALL types (not just cities, suburbs, towns, etc., but school districts, senior citizen programs, mental health assistance districts, etc.) to take local income tax increases and/or property tax increases to significantly higher levels - just in order to provide basic levels of service - or (especially if tax increase requests have repeatedly failed) to be forced to reduce service levels BELOW that of a basic reasonable level.

The oldest sport known to man kind has taken a blow this week, with the IOC decideding that the founding olympic sport is not fit for the games being as there are too many "core games". This petition is to let the IOC kow that they have made a huge mistake and to revert their decision before it is too late.

Recent changes to Corrections and Community Services has placed an enormous burden on Corrections and Parole employees. By merging employee workload, responsibilities and dutiful employee legal responsibility of Parole Officers has caused the "new" Services Dept. to disintegrate and cause Parole Board preparation chaos. NYS employees inside the Prisons in NYS must be compensated for their working conditions, leadership and expertise in the field of "Corrections and Parole"! Tell the Gov. it is not a "suitable plan" or budget strategy!

medical marijuana is not legal in new hampshire and it is effective therapy for me and many others for depression and chronic pain. we are not criminals.

I believe that this act is acrime against humanity and for the future generations to come. the people that are allowing this kind of act do not care for life as God intende for us to care and love one another. total disregard for Gods creations. Pollution is a huge environmental issue in the Phoenix metro area, and significantly affects community and individual health. The EPA notes that a single gas-powered leaf blower emits as much chemical pollution per year as 80 cars. Further, leaf blowers do nothing to remove neighborhood debris; they merely blow one yard's waste into neighboring yards. In the process, leaf blowers generate noise pollution and stir up mold, dust, and pollen, contributing to asthma and other respiratory and cardiovascular problems. We need to take a stand against the use of leaf blowers in residential neighborhoods, where they are unnecessary to the upkeep of small yards and impact our children.

Currently, all of Michigan's electoral college votes for president are given to one candidate, no matter how slim the margin of popular votes by which that candidate won in Michigan. This in effect ignores the votes of all those who voted for the other candidate, and actually changes their votes to the candidate they did not vote for.
