President Jimmy Carter signed empowered our utilities with the Residential Conservation Service. That service saved homeowners many dollars. A similar service could be created for our small business owners and ease the lose of wasted energy.

Ankylosing Spondylitis(A.S.) is an auto-immune arthritis that affects 1.7 million people in the United States of America and over 33 million people in the world. We need innovative government policies to create good jobs now at the local, state and national level by establishing long overdue government policies in energy production. By establishing a well developed feed-in-tariff pricing system, which has been proven and implemented in over 80 jurisdictions around the world, the country will have the ability to make the changes necessary to be a leader in clean energy production and development which is so vital to our world right now.

SSDI was not set up origanlly to tax at the end of the year.

Because of the clause in the Illinois State Constitution mandating that the state personal income tax be flat, low income people in Illinois pay a far higher share of their income in state and local taxes than wealthier people. Illinois has one of the most regressive tax structures in the nation. The Illinois Constitution should be amended to permit the state legislature to levy a graduated personal income tax.

I want to initiate a radical change to the presidential election process to try and reduce the effect of party politics. It was so obvious to me this past campaign season that party politics does not work in the best interest of our nation and its people. I am so tired of the way the main stream parties manage campaigns and I feel we need to change the process so the people have more power in the decisions regarding our leadership.
