As a United States citizen, I am for increasing the Federal Income Tax on people who earn $250K or more. We cannot accept the House of Representatives to stymie progress for the country, and the deficit reduction, because of personal commitments and gains. The Speaker of the House, John Boehner, must pass this tax legislation. We as citizens can accept no less.

A universal bill to improve voting procedures for early voting, more efficient voting in order to eliminate long lines and simplify voting in national elections. I have not been personally affected but many Of my friends and family members have.

Americans need the HIRED HELP in both the House and Senate to work with the President effectively toward our common needs and goals. Do your JOBS and help him get the work done!

Identity Theft is the single largest crime in the United States. Each year hundreds of thousands of individuals, including new borns and teenagers are victim of Social Security and Identiy Theft, yet Congress and the White House have refused to act to protect its Citizens by passing any Legislation in regards to Identity Theft Protection. As the only TWO TIME victim of Identiy Theft (first social security number compromised in 2000 and a NEW Social Security Number compromised by Countrywide Home Loans selling it in 2008), I have a Federal Court Ordered Mandate for a Legislative Remedy from 2010 that has been ignored by EVERY Member of Congress (House and Senate) and the White House. We need to Force Congress to Act. Together we can make a difference.

Let's Have Fair Federal Elections. The 2012 Federal Elections were a compendium of corrupt partisan districting, a hodgepodge of different voting rights and procedures, and wholesale inefficiency. We need a system for Federal Elections where each citizen has equal access to the ballot and which excludes partisan "malarkey"! We there fore need a Federal Elections Board to run all facets of Federal Elections in a non-partisan manner, also relieving the States of the expense entailed.

With the looming fiscal cliff nearing it is time for the American people, Democrat, Republican, and Independent, to send a strong message to Obama John Boenher and Congress. We the American people are facing 64 Billion dollars in Automatic cuts to spending. We are faced with tax increases that could be very harmful to almost every American! The United States of America is built upon the foundation of Government by the people for the people. We the People of the United States of America have voted and are now ready to see lip service turn into real action! We are asking that our leaders from all sides work together to not "kick the can down the road" but to solve the problems we face! We the People now ask our leaders and Government to find Compromise and Come Together for the People as we have seen fit to put this Government in place through the action of voting. If you do not have sufficient funds in your checking account for any reason a.) Lack of money to put in.(the poor and elderly). b.) Forgetfulness (the elderly) c) Poor mathematic skills at late hours.

Voting should not be a challenge of endurance or a game of 'survival of the fittest'. The money raised by Super PACs should go towards more voting machines, expanded early voting, increased personnel during elections, upgrading equipment, and purchasing signs, billboards, etc to announce election specifics. The funds should not be used for election administration officials' salaries and should be closely regulated by the federal government. E.J. Dionne suggested this on the Rachel Maddow show last night.

This is a response to the numerous problems American citizens faced on election day. It is long overdue for elections to be run by professional, nonpartisan elections officials with rules and methods uniform across the United States.
