Recently, our nation's Supreme Court ruled to allow strip searches without reasonable suspicion. A man, on his way to a family gathering, was wrongfully arrested, held in jail for 6 days and strip searched twice. After reviewing the case, the Supreme Court ruled AGAINST Albert Florence, thus reinforcing law enforcement's actions.

The purpose of this petition is to send a message to the administration that we are still committed to doing things the right way by requesting them to sever all ties with PepsiCo, as well as encourage all affiliates of Liberty University to boycott PepsiCo products beginning with their beverages. Liberty University has a 10-year exclusive contract with PepsiCo through 2016. If Liberty University is truly committed to the defense of all life, then we cannot continue to endorse this type of unethical business practice.
