• DRIVER'S LICENSE
In most every state, there are people not eligible for a social security number who are not allowed to obtain a driver's license. Many of them must drive to work, or for some other reason, without a license and without insurance. In case of an accident, they do not have insurance or the funds to pay for the damage caused. To protect all Americans, driver's licenses and insurance must be available to all that apply and, of course, pass the driver's exam.

  • Opting Out of High Stakes Testing
Overemphasis on Florida state sanctioned standardized testing has resulted in the documented retardation of the intellectual, creative, and social growth of a significant portion of Florida’s K-12 public school student population, has resulted in the discriminatory disenfranchisement of Florida’s minority students, second language students, and its special needs students; and has unfairly maligned Florida’s K-12 public school educators by attaching test scores to pay and job security.

  • Rep (R) Joe Walsh: Denys he failed to pay 9 years of child support totaling $117K
Not paying child support is not only an immoral offense, it's a crime punishable by jail in all 50 states. Millions of men and women across America have been incarcerated for not providing financial support to their children even though they had little to nothing to give. Hence, professional athletes have been dragged into court, with camera in their faces, in an attempt to embarrass and shame them, for not paying child support. On the other hand, a sworn US House of Representative has not been given the same attention. In fact, his failure to comply with COURT ORDERED Child Support has gone almost unnoticed. According to court papers, Representative (R), Joe Walsh has failed to pay 9 years of support to his ex-wife, Laura Walsh, for the support of their 3 children. Once Mr. Walsh's check had to be garnished. It's reported he owes his ex-spouse and children $117,437.00. Tax payers pay him a salary of $175,000.00 Instead of paying his children what they deserve, Mr. Walsh loaned his own campaign $35,000, then, he repaid himself. Additionally, he paid $20,000.00 to a former campaign worker. He took costly international vacations with two separate girlfriends in leiu of complying with his COURT ORDER. Needless to say, he has become a high income earner. Though he earned income, he neglected his children's need in exchange for a lavash life style of the rich and powerful. Mr. Walsh neglected his obligation for so long that he no longer valued his financial obligation. For example, he obmitted the $117K arrearage from his Disclosure Form that all elected officials are obligated to complete. His omission was an act of blatant evasion. Mr. Walsh's integrity and fitness to serve in Congress should be called in to question. Consider a former staffer had to sue him. And, a second campaign staffer quit because he felt Mr. Walsh's abused his campaign fund. Improper use of campaign funds suppose to be a serious offense. Put all Rep. Walsh's offensives together, you have an elected official unfit to serve this country. Mr. Walsh places a higher standard on the president, government, and citizens. However, he does not place the same high standards on himself. In closing, Rep Walsh has an annual Congressional's salary of $175,000.00 plus medical benefit, asked the Court to sanction Laura Walsh, whom he owes over $117,000.00 in child support. This latest request clearly confirms his arrogant; he is irresponsible, and he is not accountable for his action as well poor judgment. He is unfit to serve the people of Illinois and this country. He should resign! He should not be given a Pass.

  • JOBS
One does not have to be an economic genius to know job creation will cure the country's ills. Not just 2.2 million, but 30 million, fair living wage jobs for all. The more money we as the working class have, the more we will spend... Prosperity for all, not just a select few. Fund it by Income Tax, everyone at the bottom pays it every week..... This is a challenge to Congress to stop their treasonous war against the middle and lower classes. If Pro is the opposite of Con, is Progress the opposite of Congress? This is a challenge to Congress to perform their duties.

  • Sen. Toomey Save Student Loans
In the August debt deal, we are proud that Democrats found a way to help save the Pell Grant program, which helps many low-income students afford a college education. However, we are ashamed that Republicans forced cuts to graduate education loans in order to pay for the Pell Grant program. We ask that you stop the attacks on education by Republicans, and help restore the funding for the graduate education loans, while preserving the Pell Grant program. Students know that deficit spending is a problem. But how can a political party oppose ending tax subsides for corporations and the wealthy, and then have no problem ending subsidies for student loans? At a time when corporations are seeing record profits and students are seeing record debt, we ask that the government places the burden on those with record profits, not record debt. Your position on the super committee gives you the chance to fix this clear injustice, and we ask you to do so.

  • Gov. Corbett Restore Funding for Higher Education
Pennsylvania faced a tough budget situation, and college students understand that everyone needs to do their part. However, students are all too aware of debt. Student debt in this country is at a record high. There are many opportunities to make up Pennsylvania's debt without forcing more debt on students. While gas drillers risk our environment, you refuse to consider a severance tax or impact fee that could help pay for the environmental costs of drilling as well as funding other vital programs like higher education. Despite the dire predictions and calls for fiscal responsibility, Pennsylvania ended the fiscal year with a surplus of around $700 million. The total cuts to the entire higher education system were around $250 million. By using less than half of the surplus Pennsylvania could have preserved it’s higher education funding. Furthermore, you passed a tax cut for businesses that would cost at least $200 million and could cost up to $800 million. In addition, your budget increases funding for prisons by over $150 million. These ideas are just a few of the many options you can take to restore funding to the higher education system in Pennsylvania.

  • Declaration of Monetary Justice
Control over money is control over the democratic political process. This explains why access to the political ballot is not enough to unleash sustainable growth in ways that not only create more green jobs but in ways that also democratize future ownership opportunities for the poor and middle class to share economic power and income from profits.
