The current process of Supreme Court justices being nominated by the president and voted on by the US Senate is deeply flawed and a sham as recent events have demonstrated.

Stop Social Security collection until retirement repayments are guaranteed. Social security comes out of a specific portion of your paycheck, the one that is labeled FICA. As Ronald Reagan put it when asked about affecting social security, when you reduce Social Security benefits (reimbursements), that would only increase the amount of money accumulating in the Social Security Trust. Currently, law makers are proposing to use the trust to balance other areas of the budget by lowering reimbursements and invading the trust for other purposes. This proposal seeks to make it illegal to redirect funds out of the trust.

People have witnessed the blatant disregard for the truth or in a fair hearing by this Senator. We all have heard his condemnation during the Ford hearing and his promise of revenge. This is a disqualifier and just one more example of blatant disregard for getting to the truth using our laws and regulations, or even the tools of the justice department. We have already seen a President (an un- indicted co-conspirator) ask for loyalty and personal cover from his Attorney General. Let's not have his new best golfing BB "our" new Attorney General. Let's nip this in the bud. Please petition your Senator that this would be unacceptable to go from bad to worse.

My reason for starting this petition is to bring awareness to a rare genetic disease called Trimethylaminuria syndrome. Because most Trimethylaminuria patients are being miss diagnosed by the medical community and or told that this is a Psychological problem. This chemical imbalance is real and exist in the lives of everyday people some who are which mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, etc. We are socially isolated, harrassed, physically abused and mentally abused as well. Some patients has chosen to end their lives in shame of no help. Most of us have visited countless doctors only to be turned away with no help. We have no life because of this disease and is isolated because of it. Please consider Trimethylaminuria as a medical condition and help us.

The White House and Republicans are pushing through Judge Kavanaugh in significant part because they believe that it will get more difficult after the election. It is most important at this point that we support women like Dr. Ford rather than trying to oppose any Supreme Court nominee for the rest of Trump's term, which is unlikely to succeed.

Americans deserve to live in a country where they know their leadership are not guilty of sexual assault. The accusations against Donald Trump are serious, and deserve a full investigation by an independent body.
