stop bank service charge for paper statementsIt is too expensive. It is unfair to the old, poor or immigrant community who do not have or use computers. It favors the well off who have enough money in the bank for the service charge to be waived.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by sburnett

Gander MountainI was in Gander Mountain in Madison Wisconsin on February 5th and was shocked to see National Rifle Association clothing. They support the purchase of clips like the one used on Gabby Giffords and the others injured or killed only 1 year ago. They are a major lobbying force and should not be supported, I Support banning Gander Mountain.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Lisa Vieth

Stop ADT From Charging Stiff PenaltiesAbout a year and a half ago I signed a contract with ADT to protect my daughter's house after she had the door knocked down and intruders came in to take her belongings. I signed a three year contract to pay $45 a month plus I paid them over $200 up front to install the electronic equipment. The house my daughter was renting has now been forclosed on and she can no longer live there. She has moved in with me. I do not want the equipment, I have several large dogs. Now I am being forced to pay two more payments of $45 and a $750 penalty. I feel this is totally unfair and amounts to poor and middle class people being disadvantaged.11 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Glenda Beatty

Rachel Burgin, ALEC puppet, Should ResignFlorida State Rep.Rachel Burgin (R) introduced legislation to reduce corporate taxes but forgot to remove the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) mission statement from her bill. She did not write this legislation, ALEC did. ALEC is backed by large corporations who have corrupted our political process. Rachel Burgin has failed to represent the interests of Floridians and has instead taken her marching orders from corporate puppet masters. Occupy Naples Florida calls on Rachel Burgin to resign immediately.203 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Ellen Hemrick

Comcast: Allow Customers to Choose Channels CheaperMillions of people are not given choices as to what channels they want to watch and end up paying for numerous channels they don't watch at the discretion of Comcast. I believe I am at the mercy of Comcast in having to pay expensive monthly service fees for channels that I never watch nor care to watch. Why can't this company say they will provide channels at $2.00 a month and we can choose our stations and charges. I don't have any experience with dish TV but they are the probably similar. It seems ludicrous that if I want to enjoy cable TV, I have to accept these outrageous charges for channels I don't watch. Policymakers in Washington, please help us (especially those on fixed incomes) to direct cable companies to provide affordable, sensible consumer specific services.8 of 100 SignaturesCreated by D. G. No more Wall Street waivers. Ever. The SEC routinely grants waivers to large companies Wall Street companies who break laws and regulations. 1 Regular people don't get waivers if they break a law. 2 Unequal enforcement of the law is not a free-market, it's crony capitalism. The SEC should not have the authority to issue such waivers, they should just enforce the laws and regulations.4 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ian Griffith

PG&E Smart Meter FeesPG&E will now charge any customer who opts out of a smart meter a $75 opt-out fee. In addition to the $75 you will be charged an additional $10 a month. PG&E has admitted that tens of thousands of its meters are not working properly, are not giving proper readings, and there are bills that they have to estimate and this is a really big problem, Smart meters have been shown to have a toxic effect from exposure to microwave and radio wave radiation the meters emit.4,905 of 5,000 SignaturesCreated by Voge Smith

Obama...Make them get up off the MHA moneyAfter a 2 year battle to keep my home, Morgan Stanley has shuffled me from servicer to servicer causing my loan mod app to be started and restarted, with me faxing and refaxing the same documents, them losing documents and then finding them only after they are over 30 days old and can't be used because they are outdated. I have been subjected throughout the last two years to my documents laying around on someones desk for months at a time, all the while getting further and further behind in my payments.....I desperately need help. I have had my home for 12 years and had a horrible accident that wiped out my business, totaled my transportation and landed me in the hospital. I did not intentionally default.....I just want to keep the only thing I have left.....My home13 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Beverly Wright

ATM FEESIt should be illegal for banks to charge so much (whatever they want) to withdraw your own money from an ATM. We believe this amount should be limited to a few cents. We all know they are not replacing or maintaining the machines with the money they earn and everyone is affected here. There are many other ideas such as this which can stimulate the economy and stop corporate greed with one stroke, lets get this done.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by COLIN STRINGER
