The Public is the forth coequal branch of the federal government, and it is still unaware of this and how we propose to how to rectify this problem or issue in an active and positive manner for the integration of folks who want to help solve problems with knowledge and sunshine.

As a retired State Employee, I'm very concerned with the proposals being kicked around by the State Legislature concerning the "pension problem" in Illinois... The State is not even considering adding additional revenue to help solve this mess that was created by years of revenue shortfalls ... State workers and retirees should not be made to suffer for the mistakes of the past made by our elected officials...

people that are on medicare keep getting their cost of living decreased such as this year obama decresased our cost of living form 11$ to 5%.

We have 3 Daughters ,who in the future will get married and have children. I don't want them or us or anyone who has children to have to worry about them being outside in the world ; front yard , school, playground , mall, movies, anywhere . The Older Americans Act provides supported services to older adults 60 years and older. Federal funding is given to State agencies on aging. Funding for this act is scarce because of this populations constant growth. Funding for this Act needs to remain available.

After the war, consumers spent their savings on homes and cars, starting 35 years of prosperity without harmful inflation, This law would let the Treasury spend even with a deficit and still not increase the national debt.
