250 million adults over the age of 18 living in the US, all having the opportunity to donate $3 to the general election campaign on their yearly tax return (x's 4 years, that a lot of money!) simply by ticking the little box on your return. Its paid by the government so your tax return doesn't change.

Our congresspeople are signing pledges to a lobbyiest that swears not to raise taxes under any circumstances, in spite of the fact that we have a ballooning deficit and polls show that most americans agree that we should both cut spending AND raise taxes to combat the deficit. These congresspeople are violating their oath of office and should be impeached!

It is time that we focus on building the infrastructure within our country and not throw away precious resources building more naval ships and ammunition and arms that will kill people! I was scheduled to receive a steroid injection during all this fungus caused death/damage concern caused by NECC (New England Compounding Co.). I learned, with a few hours to spare, that the medicine I would be getting was safe. So many others are not that lucky. Twenty Five Americans have been killed by sloppiness of the NECC and their making of the medicines. And not for the first time! The year 2002 was another major problem year. It does not need to continue. We need for any company that produces medicine for humans to be inspected on a regular basis and demonstrate to the FDA and CDC that they are clean, sterile, and know what they are doing.
