It has came to attention that companies are trying to blame smokers and nicotine users for high healthcare costs, which has lead to a new trend of nicotine testing for employment. A policy like this instantly eliminates potential employees for something that they do in their private lives. A person over the age if eighteen has the legal right to use nicotine if they choose, so what gives an employer the right to supress this?
