The Delaware River Basin Commission postponed their vote which had been scheduled to take place last November 21, 2011. The current temporary ban (moratorium) on Fracking in the Delaware River Watershed could be lifted at any time, and with very short notice, by a vote of the DRBC. Make it illegal for any elected official to lie as an employee of the people by the people. Do not allow any official tasked with making decisions that affects the lives of the people to whom they were elected to protect to use the 1st amendment as a sham and excuse for misinformation. New Hampshire school children are spending too much time on standardized tests, practicing for tests and not enough time learning. These tests do nothing to actually help the students who take them. Worse yet, politicians are using the results of these tests to justify deep budget cuts for public schools and to punish good teachers. It's time to end the era of high-stakes standardized tests in New Hampshire.
