Animals mainly poultry that are raised to be butchered are crowded into on space and when they die they are walked on and pecked at. I petittion that their salaries be cut by 5% across the board, all raises in salary & expenses awarded during our wwars in Iraq & Afghanistan be rolled back. All pensions should be eliminated & replaced by 403b or IRA type accounts, with no match until the deficits are gone. Their healthcare should be eliminated and replaced with the same healthcare that the rest of Nation uses.

Licensed Day Care owners should be forced to make a call to the caregiver of a child within an hour of the no show. A law. On a cell phone or other device so the call can be tracked by time. Eliminate the grief and devastation of the parent who forget the child was in the back seat.
