  • CONJUGAL VISITS
My husband is incarcerated at a Mississippi Correctional Facility, which will lose conjugal visits after February 1, 2014. This is one of the few things couples have to look forward to while their spouse is incarcerated. This is a privilege that should not be taken away from people who are married or people who plan to get married while incarcerated. Conjugal visits should be kept in the prison systems for the sake of marriages and families. Update!!!! Please pass this information on to family and friends. Hi everyone, I have been contacted by some of you through email with concerns about the petition and the possible outcome in our fight against the end of conjugal visits here in the Mississippi prison system. Well I was contacted by Mrs. Muscolino, who stated in an email that we need to grow in number, this is very true. Mrs. Muscolino is the Director of Mississippi Advocates for Prisoners. Today she sent out an email which stated that if petition signers can sign up with us we will be a force to reckon with and we can make a greater impact at each of the scheduled events. To sign up text: @missadv to the number 662-736-1826. I have also included information on how to contact the directors of MAP (Mississippi Advocates for Prisoners). If you have not already joined M.A.P, we encourage you to please do so. There is a text alert system that has been put in place so that everyone can be easily contacted, all members will be contacted at one time to be updated with what is going on, I have also included the email addresses to people who have developed groups to help us. • Utah Judge Kunz's Court is Accepting False DUIs - Investigation is Imperative.
My son is in custody for over two months on a bogus DUI and is being represented by an incompetent public defender who did not show up at the hearing, who has ignored his phone calls and who has advised him not to have a jury trial even though he wanted to. Blood results show "negative" for blood alcohol. DUIs destroy lives, being compelled to face incompetent attorneys over bogus DUIs is a problem I have found out not only faces my son. Investigation of DUIs at West Jordan and other places in imperative.

  • Repeal Cannabis Prohibition
The social and economic benefits of legal cannabis would be enormous. Millions of tax dollars could be saved from no longer incarcerating people for doing no more than our last three presidents themselves admitted to doing but was laughed off as if it was actually funny. We do not find it amusing in the least. If you deny people from using something that makes them feel better, then YOU are the criminal. Cannabis does not meet the criteria for it to be a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance. It does not even meet the criteria for it to be called a drug. You work for us and you are to do what we wish for you to do. You represent the people of Kansas, and the people have spoken.

This rich kid killed four people, recklessly and carelessly, heedless of the consequences of his actions. We cannot allow this to go unpunished.

  • Are you against a convicted felon/sex offender having custody of a child?
A Florida state judge allowed a convicted felon/sex offender on house arrest to come to New York to expedite a three year old girl back to Florida. He ripped this girl from the only family she's ever known.

  • IRS Oversight Board: Bust the American Bar Association
With generous Bar and Justice Department grant receipts in hand - and with the mainstream media's continual cooperation - innocence organizations are steering the conviction corruption conversation away from accountability for serial prosecutorial and supervisory misconduct. Disbarment isn't a punishment: It's not even a career change; it's a career shift. And disbarment for egregious and deadly misconduct happens so infrequently as to be nothing more than an attorney insider joke. The IRS Oversight Board has one mandate, to ensure that taxes are collected fairly. Taxing the families of tens of thousands of incarcerated innocents while justice remains unavailable to all but the couple dozen of men and women that innocence organizations deign to "serve" in any given year is anything but fair. Taxing the Bar until they're willing to protect the public as they officially claim to (and as they're legally obliged to) is more than fair, it's the only ethical option available to the IRS Oversight Board. My first written request that the IRS Oversight Board exercise that ethical option was in January of 2011. It has yet to be answered.
