Education funding should never be considered necessary to cut

Judges and attorneys need to be educated in the foreclosure process. The information presented by most of the banks in court is false and fabricated by foreclosure mills. A true securitization audit will flush out the “issues” with the Mortgage and Note. With this information, the homeowner and his/her attorney can challenge the “evidence” presented by the bank because of the “irregularities” and “alleged” fraud discovered in the audit. In addition, the audit could present compelling evidence showing that defective documents were filed in the court by the bank and the bank attorneys to give the “illusion” that they were the truthful owners of the Note and Mortgage, thus, giving the bank the right to foreclose. Actually, these corrupt banks and their attorneys are stealing homes and hurting all of us. This is one of the reasons everyone needs to do a securitization audit.
