• Rein-in predatory practices of payday loan operators
Living in South Texas, I see dozens of store front payday loan and auto title loan operations taking advantage of the most vulnerable members of the community around me. The borrowers often lose their paychecks, which are their only source of income, or their automobiles, which are needed to get to their employment.

  • State of Rhode Island: Legalize Raw Milk - S 15 / House Bill 5820
This bill will benefit farmers and small businesses in Rhode Island, revitalizing the state's dairy industry. Pasteurization laws favor large, industrialized dairy operations and squeeze out small farmers. When farmers have the right to sell unprocessed milk to consumers, they can make a decent living, even with small herds. This bill will also provide consumers the option to purchase raw milk in Rhode Island. This is a fight for food freedom, the right to choose the food we consume. *CURRENT SITUATION FOR RAW MILK SALES* Retail sales are legal in 10 states On-farm sales are legal in 15 states Herdshares are legal in 4 states There is no law on herdshares in 6 states Pet food sales are legal in 4 states, implying that human consumption is feasible Raw milk sales are illegal in 11 states and the District of Columbia Please, personally, contact your representatives and tell them you want raw milk legalized in Rhode Island! • Stop Cuts To Mental Healthcare; Reopen Southeast Louisiana Hospital
Gov. Jindal has made devastating cuts to our state mental health care safety net. The closing of Southeast Louisiana Hospital has severely devastated the access to indigent health services for the mentally ill in the greater New Orleans area. The governor seems determined to continue these cuts statewide, so this will eventually affect the entire state.

  • Stop Illegal Foreclosures and Abuses by Ruthless Banks and Their Attorneys.
Judges and attorneys need to be educated in the foreclosure process. The information presented by most of the banks in court is false and fabricated by foreclosure mills. A true securitization audit will flush out the “issues” with the Mortgage and Note. With this information, the homeowner and his/her attorney can challenge the “evidence” presented by the bank because of the “irregularities” and “alleged” fraud discovered in the audit. In addition, the audit could present compelling evidence showing that defective documents were filed in the court by the bank and the bank attorneys to give the “illusion” that they were the truthful owners of the Note and Mortgage, thus, giving the bank the right to foreclose. Actually, these corrupt banks and their attorneys are stealing homes and hurting all of us. This is one of the reasons everyone needs to do a securitization audit. Banks are stealing homes and judges keep hurting all of us because they don’t know about the issues at hand, don’t care or don’t want to learn about it. It is impossible for a judge to assign 15 minutes foreclosure hearings and understand all of the facts associated with a particular case. The judges need to be educated because they are instrumental in stopping the massive fraud and perjury that is being committed in the courts across the state.

  • Congress and The White House: Ban Chem Trails through out the US
All over the United States, concerned citizens are witnessing alarming increased use of chem trails and artificial tampering with our atmosphere, affecting all of us, everywhere. Our country's citizens all have a right to clean air and these programs are irresponsible, unethical and illegal, with potential to greatly harm our populations! Our soils, lakes and rivers, forests and eco-systems, are endangered and already threatened by adverse pollution, contamination from modern business and industry, and the loss of our protective Ozone layer, globally. This is a national issue affecting the public health and our collective futures, and we call for a complete and immediate BAN, on all programs and investigations into the companies who are advocating it, as unconstitutional, for violating our basic human and civil rights, to clean air, and violating our environmental laws and ethics, that preserve and protect citizens and our environment, from abuse and potential harm. Our peoples rights and health to clean air and protecting our environment, lands, waters and forests should be our top priority, and these programs should be banned now and declared unconstitutional.
