the government wants to cut back on the things we the people need like social security, medicare, schools, police,and firemen to name a few. To show we the people that they care about us they should first take a cut in their pay,have the same medical that we have or pay for their own,and cut out all the perks they have at our expense.

We believe that both Mr. Montgomery and Mr. Horne, by their recent actions, have violated their oath of office and abused their authority. Additionally, we are alleging that the threat of additional legal actions by Montgomery and Horne amounts to a violation of public trust; they are purporting to use finite public funds to thwart the will of the Arizona voters. Mr. Horne opinion states that the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, passed by voters in November 2010, is pre-empted in part by federal law. Horne said the state can’t authorize actions that are forbidden under federal law. A state can, however, decriminalize marijuana under its own laws. Nevertheless, On August 7th, County Attorney Bill Montgomery makes the startling announcement that, because of the Attorney General’s legal opinion (which has no legal force or effect) he arbitrarily decides to nullify the peoples vote and promises to prosecute anyone who grows marijuana in Maricopa County, this includes dispensaries, caregivers and even card holding patients with debilitating conditions. He further threatens to prosecute any dispensary that opens in this county. It is not a secret and the records speaks for itself, Mr. Montgomery, Mr. Horne, and Governor Brewer have been and continue to be been staunch opponents of Medical marijuana. But Sobol believes that they crossed the line from a concerned public servant to a personal agenda advocate. They have added insult to injury by using finite public funds to thwart the will of the Arizona voters. Why should anyone who has ever served in the house or senate, any member of congress be entitled to free health care for life? I feel they should pay for health care like everyone else. We can't afford to pay for everyone who has ever served our nation to have healthcare--they make better wages than most people--let them buy it like we do!

Premium seating, whereby the airline, in this case Delta, charges a premium for window and aisle seats, has the effect of separating family members throughout the aircraft and thereby compromises the safety of all on board in the event of an emergency evacuation. Parents will go to their children first before evacuating the aircraft, thus compromising the efficient flow of passengers to the exits. Aircraft are certified to be able to evacuate the aircraft within 90 seconds. All FAA evacuations certifications are thus now invalidated now that parents are going to go their children first, before evacuating. Stop separating families on airlines!

SINCE THERE IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT ALL BALLOTS SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN ENTRY LEVEL ENGLISH. THIS WOULD ELIMINATE THE NEED TO PRINT BALLOTS IN OTHER LANGUAGES, REDUCE THE COSTS OF DOING SO, AND MAKE THEM EASIER FOR EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND

I strongly believe that the State of Nebraska needs to re-evaluate the foster care system because they are too quick in pulling children out of the home when they don't need to be taken away. Yet, there are numerous others that are left alone in very serious and dangerous conditions however the State of Nebraska lets those children stay in the home. However, for a dirty house you get your children taken away and when you maintain it for a long time they think of other hoops for you to jump through as if you did something like seriously abusing them when that's not the case.

The greatest threat that we Americans face today is the career politician. Politicians get elected to represent constituents from their home state, but far too often they arrive in Washington and, although they may have had good intentions, they are sucked up into the whirlpool of corporate lobbyists and special interests groups and a system of career politicians who have forgotten who they work for. Somewhere along the line, Congress has turned from a group of elected people “Of the people, by the people, and for the people”, into a group of elitist who do whatever they must to remain in power. When and where did they get the idea that if you don’t agree completely, you don’t have to do anything? If you or I did that, we’d be unemployed in a heartbeat. Congress is at a stalemate, bogged down in Ideological mud, and everybody is slinging it. It is frozen, much like my computer sometimes is. When my PC freezes, I hit control/alt/delete and reboot it. That is what this country needs; to reboot or restart. How do we do it? Start with the brain, the idea center where it all begins: Congress. Do this, and then sit back and watch how fast they can overcome their ideological differences and reach across the aisles.

As a Realtor, I have four (4) clients in the unfortunate position of chosing to short-sale their homes after attempts at modification failed. BOA offers this option to their clients but, makes the process so daunting with delay after delay and requesting the same information over & over & over again that the properties end-up in foreclosure anyway. After several months of the madness, one client lost the fight even though we had an offer to purchase about 3-weeks before the scheduled foreclosure. And now, after EIGHT (8) months it seems another client is about to be pushed to the same end; this time, we have FOUR offers to purchase. At this rate, there's almost no hope for the other clients.
