The worst entitlement program in this country is the politicians retirement and health policy currently in affect.

Victims of rape and incest should not be forced by the government to endure pregnancies and childbirths that have been forced upon them against their will. 32,000 females a year become pregnant from this violence. If a female decides to have the child, that should be her choice alone. Women and men who care about women need to stand up and fight for women, and vote in November!

Income Tax Refunds is a fundamental right and citizens who are entitled to refunds continue to be denied of this right to a refund and on time. The law provides for a 10% set-a-side from all income taxes collected annually. The Government has failed to adhere to the law and as such continue to violate the rights of those owed refunds. Citizens are being affected and this clearly affects the U.S. Virgin Islands economic cycle.

Property taxes in California are very high even though property value is around one third of what it was. This affects seniors the most being in a fixed income. Also the interest on unpaid taxes is 10% a month which is outrageous. We have not been able to pay our taxes and with 10% interest adding every month it makes it almost impossible to be able to catch up and we only have one more year before we loose our house.

I'm very concerned about what fracking does to water supplies, for we've seen many other examples of how it pollutes water supplies with very toxic chemicals.

I have a questions about the classification and sale of junk-mortgage securitized bonds sold in the period prior to the Great Recession. Did the bond-rating agencies commit securities fraud by wrongly classifying these bonds as AAA? Same question about the banks and brokers who knowingly sold these bonds as AAA when they knew they were misrepresenting them? Isn’t that securities fraud? If so why haven’t they been prosecuted?

All Dentists refuse to accept public assistance (aka MediCare, MediCal, Welfare Insurance, etc.) for necessary dental work, so many people without money but with a lot of dental pain cannot afford basic dental care. However, Dental Therapist are trained to do basic dental work at low tuition schools (IE: Community Colleges) AND will accept public welfare insurance.

Voter suppression is as real today as in the 1960's. Many seniors, college students and minorities will be affected by this issue. Laws like these can change the course of an election. Promoters of products on television must adhere to truth in advertising regulations set up by the Federal Communications Commission. Why do political commercials get a free pass on this. The Romney campaign is pouring countless millions into misleading and untrue ads about how President Obama has "raided" billions from Medicare, when actually the adjustments made by the administration were to cut waste in the program and have no adverse effect on benefits for seniors. We demand that the Federal Communications Commission start fact checking the accuracy content of ads saturating the airwaves and hold "liars" accountable. Fines, obviously will have little impact but a website with a "liars list" could work wonders.

Right now we've got to stand up to what is outs clean air, water, and clean food! There is an atmospheric release of toxic chemicals is planned for New Mexico in a massive georngeneering experiment without your knowledge. We the people of New Mexico need to to take a firm stand and start asking serious questions: .why is this test happening in New Mexico? .Why did the state of NM approve this atmospheric experiment .Why were there no public hearings, public notification, consent or oversight?
